Description of the Zapata vacation home rental

Any occasion home. Come stay in our two story house, bottom is garage, second floor living area. Has a beautiful deck that faces the Lake. 3 bedrooms with TV's, living room has a flat screen 42", fully equiped kithcen, house sits on 3/4 of an acre, plenty of parking.

GREAT place, GREAT fishing!

This is a great place! The owners were very friendly and accomodating. There is plenty of space for the three boats we brought and we even went fishing on the dock. Home was modern and well decorated with many extras we didn't expect. It was a very relaxing experience and we will definitely be coming back. You won't find any other place like this on Falcon Lake. ***Caught an 8 pounder, small for Falcon Lake!!!

felt like overall you have a nice place to stay. Good parking. Plenty of plug-ins for boats. A usable ramp (at least at this lake level). Kitchen is well equiped. Air conditioning works well. A gate we can lock to keep other people out while we're out fishing or sleeping. Good TV's & satellite. Plenty of hot water. A functioning outside grill. All of these things are important to a group of guys going fishing.

Amada,we had a great time last week at Falcon, would you send me a price for these days so i can get the guys together and book for next year. Nights of 2/11/2012 to 2/17/2012. A total of 7 nights. Thanks Again

We stayed for the weekend, its an awsome place. There is plenty of parking, we had three boats, and there is room for more. We really loved the privacy, and the house is really great. We are definetly coming back.
