Description of the Zihuatanejo vacation condo rental

Preciosa on The bay is a luxurious new complex overlooking Beautiful Playa La Ropa. Preciosa consists of only 8 suites and 2 penthouses. This beautiful 3 bedroom 2 bath condominium has a separate Master suite with a king size bed, walk-in closet with safe and a private bath. The Guest bedroom has 2 full-size beds,georgous closets and a adjoining bath. The third bedroom is a studio off the Terrace and has a set of bunk-beds. The beds are all pillow top and are very comfortable.
Our large Terrace has over 800sq.ft. and the views are breathtaking. The Terrace includes a wet-bar complete with built in gas grill, four chaise lounge chairs and a sitting area for enjoying the views. We can arrange massages on the terrace for your pleasure.
Our kitchen includes granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances including a microwave and dishwasher. Our condo also has a separate laundry room with all bottled water provided during your stay. Air conditioning is throughout the condominium and satellite tv is available in the Master and in the Living room.
The infinity pool and sundeck are just steps aways from the front door. Our manager Rafael is there each day except Sunday. Rafael speaks great English and can help you with all your dinner reservations, tours, sightseeing ideas or massages on the terrace.

Preciosa on the Bay is located in beautiful Playa La Ropa. Walk on the beautiful beach and enjoy swimming in the calm bay. You can parasail, jet-ski, water-ski or take a kayak around the bay.
Enjoy your meals in the many beach front restaurants while dangeling your toes in the sand. Seafood is plentiful along with the local favorites and "Happy Hour" is everyday!!

Downtown Zihuatanejo or as it is called " El Centro " is just a 25 minute walk or a 5 minute bus or taxi ride. In El Centro you will find the local mercado, banks, shopping and the many great restaurants. Close to the pier is Playa Principal where you will find the water front shops and restaurants. Be sure you don't miss the local fisherman arriving in the evenings to unload their catches.

Ixtapa is 8 miles from Zihuatanejo. There you will find high rise style Hotels and Condominiums. Ixtapa is more of a upscale atmosphere compared to the slow pace of Zihuatanejo.

Preciosa on the Bay is across the street from the beach and all water activities and restaurants. The beach access is a 5 minute walk from the condo. The 360o views from the terrace allow you to see the pier and downtown Zihuatanejo and to the south Los Gatos.

La Preciosa is a lovely condo with a gorgeous view Zihuatanejo Bay. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the staff extremely friendly and helpful. It is a small and secure complex and is located high on the hill where there's always a cool breeze. The infinity pool is a great place to relax and cool off. The beach is less than five minutes' walk and town can be reached in about 20. There are tons of great restaurants in easy walking distance. (Be aware that you'll be walking down many stairs to reach La Ropa and down steep streets to reach Madera Beach and the Paseo de Pescador. We didn't mind, but sometimes chose to catch a cab back from town to save the trek up the hill.) This is a terrific place to stay if you are planning a visit to Zihuatanejo! I'm sure we'll be back!
