Punta Cocos Beach, Great Weather Year Around

The beach front, fully furnished suites have two floors. Two bedrooms on the second floor and a futon on the ground floor provide beds for up to six. The suites come fully furnished with furniture, linens, and cooking and dining supplies. The bedrooms are individually air conditioned although the sea breeze also makes for a refreshing night.

The ground floor has a large room furnished with custom made hardwood furniture allowing you to relax and enjoy your vacation. Toward the rear of the ground floor is a fully furnished kitchen. A TV set and a six place dining table sits just outside the kitchen. A toilet and sink in one area, and a shower in a separate area, are available as well for your convenience.

On the second floor the master bedroom comes with a balcony providing a magnificent view of the ocean. Crack the window and wake up to the sound of the surf or enjoy a leisurely breakfast on the balcony. A queen bed ensures a restful sleep. The second bedroom comes with two twin beds. There is a shower and tub with warm and cold water, a separate toilet and sink, and an additional sink at the end of the hall. There is also a laundry room in the second floor.

Finally, the roof is accessible from a stairwell from the second floor. This offers an excellent view of the beach, a great private place to sunbathe, or just a place to relax in the sea breeze.

The Suites are perched on a hill above the Pacific Ocean giving a majestic view of the sea and the beach. Occasionally one can see groups of dolphins and sea lions in front of the suites. Nice weather year around, highs varying from 75 to 85F and lows 65-75F, gentle slope of the beach and 80F waters make playing in the surf truly pleasurable. Low humidity, refreshing sea breeze, and over 300 sunny days per year.
People in the town are warm and friendly, there are several restaurants although we also make homemade Roma style pizza on site. Several tourist sites like PUERTO PIZARRO: This local port city, located in the Tumbes River delta is well worth a closer look. In town there are various simple restaurants. Numerous boat excursions can take you out to see the mangrove forests, known for their beauty and wild birds, and the alligator ranch, since the alligators are threatened by extinction. In the city are local vendors selling handicrafts. AMOTAPE NATIONAL PARK: We visited with Mayte Tours, and we were able to hike and see the Amotape Hills - bright yellow in season, wild orchids growing around us, the Tumbes river from the hills, an old hacienda house, and pre-Inca ruins. MANCORA: A popular beach town known for the large swells and surfing culture. It has good local restaurants and numerous vendors of handicrafts.
ZORRITOS: Has the nicest beaches and warm waters of all Peru. The tranquility and peacefulness makes this a perfect get away spot to come for some relaxation and valuable family time. We certainly love visiting, and know you will too!
