Description of the Zurich vacation apartment rental
The 3-room apartment is bright with furnished rooms for 3-5 persons in a 90 sqm apartment.
- There is one bed in each of the rooms. By request it is possible to arrange extra bed. Bed linen and towels are incl. in the price. In the rooms are also wardrobe and place to put the clothes.
-The bathroom is very modern. It is equipped with bathtub, shower and WC.
-The kitchen is very modern and full equipped with fridge, freezer, microwave, oven, stove, cutlery, glasses and pans.
-There are 3 rooms in the apartment. All the rooms are bedrooms but it is possible to arrange so there can be 2 bed rooms and 1 livingroom.
-When the tenant enter the apartment there will be towels, bed linen and covers. The tenant is responsible for the celaning. Claning service can be arrange for an extra cost.
In the rental price incl. internet, heating,water, Cable TV by request and electricity.
It is also possible to rent 1 room or 2. The price is then 50 Euro up to 75 Euro for the biggest (30 sqm) room.
Area Description
The building is from early 20th century. It is a nice area in Kreis-4. The tram stop is just below. The tram 3 takes you directly to Zurich main station in 8 min. Tram 2 takes you to the lake of zurich trough Bahnhofstrasse. There you will find the most exclusive stores with all the most famouse brands.
In the neighbourhood of the apartment are many restaurants, coffe shops, supermarkets, bakery and nightclubs.
There are diffrent kind of restaurants. From swiss cuisine to home made pasta restaurant.
