RATES: Regular Base Rate $400/nt. up to 6. Each additional guest $25/nt. up to 8. Summer Base Rate (6/1-8/31) $425/nt. up to 6. Fall Base Rate (9/1-12/14) $350/nt. up to 6. Thanksgiving Base Rate (11/21-11/28) $450/nt. up to 6. Christmas Base Rate (12/15-1/5) $650/nt. for up to 6.
Cleaning Fee - $200.
