Vacation Rental Description
Great home for family gatherings with a private oceanfront pool and Jacuzzi, beach volleyball, game room, and BBQ area. This home has 4 oceanfront suites each with private baths and 4 rooms that share a bathroom with one additional room. Slate floors, bali furniture, great views and a salt water swimming pool are among its other tropical features. The property is about 5 minutes outside of the historic surf town of Haleiwa on the North Shore and has a long sandy stretch of beach in front which is ideal for beach walking.
RATES: Regular Base Rate $750/nt. up to 10. Each additional guests $25/n/nt up to 18. Summer Base Rate (6/1-8/30) $950/nt. up to 8. Fall Base Rate (9/1-12/15 except Thankgiving) $700/nt. up to 10. Thanksgiving Base Rate $875/nt. up to 10. Christmas Base Rate $950/nt. up to 10.
Cleaning Fee: $300 for up to 10,
$450 11 and above.
Reservation Fee - $100.
