Description of the Aaronsburg vacation cottage rental
Welcome... to Country Vacation Cottages

Since 1937, these five charming cottages have welcomed travelers to the historic village of Aaronsburg nestled in the scenic, mountains of central Pennsylvania. Our five recently renovated, fully modernized, non-smoking cottages are among the few surviving 'Family Cabins' that once flourished along highways throughout America. Our cottages are clean, casual and comfortable, providing all the modern comforts of home. They are not ultra-fancy like a B&B nor are they primitive like a cabin in the woods.

The Cottages are excellent for Family Reunions and small Retreats of up to 30 guests. Families & groups may rent all five cottages at once or one indidvidual cottage. Cottage #5 has a meeting room in the basement that seats 16 guests at (4) 8-foot tables comfortably. There is an extra fee for use of the meeting room. Special arrangements can be made for outdoor tents, extra tables & chairs, equipment, catering or other services for
additional fees.

The Schafer family is committed to providing you with Family-Friendly, comfortable accommodations and old-fashioned hospitality. We welcome children in our cheerfully but simply decorated cottages.

All Cottages include the following Amenities:
Towels & Bed Linens, Clock Radio, Soap/Shampoo
Refrigerator, Microwave, Toaster, Coffeemaker & Coffee

Nice place!

Sharon was great! - Place was nice and rustic - unfortunately had to leave early due to circumstances beyond our control, but would recommend to those who like the mountains and want to gat away from it all! Would suggest having a four wheel drive vehicle or one with high clearance for getting up and down the lane.
