It has a kitchen with a breakfast area, a sitting room with a woodburner and garden views, as well as a dining room with a second sitting area for two and wall mounted electric fire. Upstairs are three bedrooms; one with a king-size double with en-suite, a twin room and a family room. There is also a family bathroom with a bath and separate shower cubicle. Outside is ample parking on the driveway, and a large enclosed lawned garden with dining furniture on a paved patio by the house. Cefn Isaf is in a great location for exploring Conwy.

There is also a coastal cycle path which runs along the Abergele seafront, and for walking enthusiasts, the Offa's Dyke pathway, the Clwydian Hill Range and beautiful Betws-y-Coed known as the "gateway to Snowdonia" are all nearby.
