The barn conversion sleeps seven people in two double bedrooms and one family room with one single bed and adult bunk, as well as a ground floor shower room and first floor bathroom. Also in the cottage is a kitchen with dining area, dining room and sitting room. Outside is off road parking and a patio with furniture. Hendre Bach Barn is a lovely property to use as a base for exploring this beautiful part of the country.

Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Travel cot and highchair. Off road parking for 3 cars. Front patio with furniture. Two well-behaved dogs welcome, to be kept downstairs and off furniture. Sorry, no smoking. Shop 7 miles, cafe and pub 5 mins walk. Note: All bedrooms have sloping ceilings with some head height restrictions. Note: One double bed is only accessed from one side. Note: There's six steps down to the front door. Note: There is a stream/brook close to the cottage, children must be supervised. Please note: the garden is not fully secure, so all children and dogs must be supervised.
