Unfortunately, we have had damages done to the property in prior years and can no longer take the risk.

“Excellent!”

Great rental! I had a rather large group and this home was perfect! Lots of sleeping spaces outside of the 6 bedrooms. Very open floor plan. We spent a lot of time outside of the home so we didn't really get to appreciate it, but it was great. Owner was always reachable - super pleasant! Located in a great community, this home is tucked away behind some trees giving you lots of privacy. Although it is not the most update as far as amenities, you really get to appreciate your company as you spend nights just talking endlessly or playing pool (yup! There's a pool table!)

“Great place, great price.”

Reviewed 12 May 2016

My group and I stayed here for a long weekend and it was great. Very clean, very spacious. The interior decor could use a little updating, but it's not bad by any stretch. Indoor fireplace was an amazing touch. (You have to bring your own wood, obviously) The guy who runs this place is top-tier. Super friendly and accommodating. Really went out of his way to make sure we were all happy and not lacking anything. If you're looking for a quick & simple getaway, I couldn't suggest anywhere better. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat.

The property manager was very nice and accommodating. He was flexible with arrival and departure times. The house was clean when we arrived. It had a nice pool table upstairs and the downstairs living room was large enough for us all to hang around in. Here are the two reasons I gave it 4 stars versus 5. 1. The bedrooms were small. We had 11 guys and usually have some people sleep on the floors in the bedrooms as apposed to sharing beds. This was hard to do. 2. It was a little off the beaten path to get back to the house. Had a bunch of turns on slow roads in the community. In summary I would definitely rent this place again.

“Nice House!”

Reviewed 22 Jan 2014

Stayed here two weeknights in January for a little ski/snowboard retreat. House was clean, and VERY spacious. Kitchen had nice supplies and fireplaces and pooltable were very nice, too. The area where the house is is sort of dead, and Big Boulder was closed (middle of January, what?). They did a pretty poor job of clearing the roads in the development where the house is located, but I suppose that's not the fault of the house owner. So overall, I recommend the house! No wi-fi is sort of nice for a change.

“Ski House”

Reviewed 16 Feb 2012

The house was sufficient in # of bedrooms and the bathrooms were updated and nice. The comforters on the bed could have been in better shape. The pull out coaches were also great providing the option for some of the kids to sleep there. The exchange of the money for the key caused some angst but eventually worked out. All said, we would consider the house again.

“Bachelor Party Group”

As far as size, this property fit 17 guys easily. We had plenty of room for everybody and were very comfortable. The only negative I would give was the cleanliness. I found myself having to clean and mop when I arrived. We definitely left the place more clean than when we arrived. Overall, i would reccommend this property to others.

“Great stay for a weekend getaway with friends”

Reviewed 21 Jan 2011

My friends and I celebrated a birthday weekend at this Blaskeslee cabin and had a fantastic time. The house is very well kept and was very accommodating for our party of 14. It was a perfect location right off of 80 with travelers coming in from DC, NYC and PHL. I would definitely recommend this rental as well as the owner. We had a great experience!

“Last Minute Rental”

Owner was very flexible with dates and time. Was easy to access him. House was clean and spacious. The lake and activities were enjoyable. Lake was clean. Can walk to the lake but it is far. It was better to use the car. The TV on the 2nd floor was not working but it didn't matter because we played pool and games. We enjoyed the house very much.
