Area Information
The Atrium Residential Condominiums are located on the south side of Montgomery between Washington and Morningside. We have a residential area to our south, an office park to our north and are about equal distance both east and west from commercial areas with dining, banking, shopping, medical services, and grocery stores. We are within walking distance of 3 public schools from elementary through high school. We are short walks from city walking paths, large city park, and senior center. We are on a main city bus line that has bus service both east and west along Montgomery about every 15 minutes. We are about 10 minutes north of the International Sunport, or Downtown and Old Town with museums, live theater, entertainment district, and government center. We are less than 10 minutes from both UNM and CNM, our states largest university and community college. We have 2 Rail Runner (light rail) stations nearby at the Journal Center just north of us and downtown with service south to the airport, Los Lunas, and Belen or north to Bernalillo and Santa Fe with shuttle connections from Santa Fe to Taos.

Q: What is the best thing about this condo?
A: It has everything you could want in a condo in a location that makes being a tourist or doing business easy. Located just a little northeast of the "Big I" intersection of I-25 and I-40 you are literally just minutes away from everything our area has to offer.
Q: What makes this condo special?
A: We live in the southwest part of New Mexico and this is our new 2nd home. We have just furnished and decorated it in a casual southwest style, our effortless remote controlled electric fireplace gives you that Land of Enchantment feel on a autumn night or any night of the year at the touch of a button. We hope you will feel that you too have come home at the end of a busy day.
Q: Besides a great location what else does the property have to offer?
A: As a small gated community with just 72 condos you have an added feeling of security and exclusiveness when using the community pool, gym, sauna or clubroom. The pool is heated, the club room has a gas fireplace, the gym has a flat screen TV. All of this is at hand, there are no fees or waiting lines and you will usually have them all to yourself.
Q: What is the neighbrohood like?
A: Montgomery is a major boulevard in northeast Albuquerque with lots of choices for dining and shopping a short walk away. We are close to the city bikeway perfect for that morning walk, jog, or bike ride or the near by city park. Catch a city bus and go to old town or downtown, or up town in just minutes. We are an hour away for Santa Fee by car or light rail. Taos is just 2 hours away. Casinos and Pueblos are near by and there are many several to see.
