Reviews for this vacation townhouse rental in Anaheim, California
April 15, 2015
My family was only three people, 2 adults and a teenager, but this home could easily accommodate 10 people as stated in the description. I was impressed by how organized everything was with out being cluttered. You will want for nothing if you choose to stay here. The nearest grocery that we chose to shop was Ralphs on Chapman. When leaving the front entrance to the community take a left on West, a right on Chapman. The Ralphs will be on your left. The owner James is a doll! He checked in on how we were doing through out our stay. If you have any questions he will always respond in a timely manner. Getting to the park was a easy 15 min. walk for my family. If you take the suggested short cut that James provides be aware that the admission entrance that is located inside the hotel is for guest only until 11:30 am. Hotel keys have to be shown at this entrance during the restricted time. Before this time just continue through to the outside of the hotel and the main entrance isn't that far away.
We just returned from a wonderful 5 day trip to Disneyland. We stayed at Wonderland with our 3 year old daughter and really enjoyed it. The unit is very, very clean, the beds are FANTASTIC, T.V.'s in every room were amazing, we've never used ROKU and now we have to have one! lol There is a two car garage with a garage door opener-what at treat! We are from SF and two car garages in the city are few and far between. With a child you really need to have laundry facilities and the washer & dryer were life savers when my little one had a food accident in the car on our first day there....The kitchen it equipped with a crock pot (which we used), pots & pans (we used), all the utensils, cups, plates etc..that you would need along with the refrigerator that has water & ice on the exterior of the door. We a hearty breakfast every morning before heading out to Disneyland and came home well into the evening ready for those extremely soft beds. I would recommend this rental to families, singles vacationing together and couples-it really was a great find-for what we would have paid for a small room, we had an entire townhouse. Lastly, our security deposit was returned promptly which is always a plus! Thanks James, I'm sure we will be back again.

Ideal rental for our family
This was an ideal place to stay for our trip. We used all features of this well finished rental. Two adults stayed in the master with a crib for the baby. Three kids slept in the second room. One adult in the third bedroom. And one more adult stayed on the fold-out in the main room. We grilled on the patio just outside. We used the pool and hot tub at the common space. We cooked two dinners after spending the whole days at the park. The laundry and ironing came in handy. We borrowed the loaner strollers from the garage. The place has great decorating, and well appointed finishes. We dropped the family off at the park in the morning, but then walked home from the park in he evening, easily walkable for the family and kids in strollers even Grandma, cut through the Grand Californian hotel via the sidewalk for shortest route. Wifi was fast. Kitchen had it all, including plastic plates, cups for the kids. Brand new appliances. Ac was strong. We used the offered street permit parking for the full size van. Garage easily fits two normal sized vehicles. Combination electronic keypad door entry was nice for multiple adults to come and go from the unit. We felt secure in the complex in the neighborhood. We would certainly stay here again, and are sorry the stay is so short. Easy check out. Thank you!!!!

Pefect Home Away from Home for Family Disney Vacation
Our whole family (seven of us) found the house a great place to stay for our Disney vacation. My wife and I enjoyed the master bedroom and there was plenty of room for our three boys and two girls without using the futon downstairs. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished with new furniture and modern appliances. All the necessities were there and we enjoyed the extras such as the welcome package, the boogie boards, and the princess dresses for our youngest girl to wear. We had no problem making the 20 minute walk to Disneyland (there is a route marked through the Grand Californian). We would not hesitate to stay here again.

PERFECT PLACE TO STAY
Loved the Condo. Half a mile to Disney property. Quiet. Clean. Lots of space to spread out. I enjoy having a full kitchen and laundry available, especially with kids. This was truly a home away from home!

Great place to stay for our Disney vacation!!
Home away from home. Everthing we needed for our weeks vacation. Not a detail was overlooked. Plenty of room for eight. Comfortable beds. Nice to have any extra stroller. James was so kind and accommodating. Looking forward to staying here again.

Great home away from home
The home was great! We rented this home for our family of 5: Parents with 3 boys (15, 13, 7). The master bedroom was plenty big with a very comfortable bed (and crib we only used to hold the throw pillows). The other 2 bedrooms were nice and accommodating also. We loved having the full kitchen, laundry facilities and room to spread out. We easily walked to Disneyland. Although another shower would have been nice, having 2 bathrooms was good. We felt the property was safe, affordable and had some nice upgrades that made Christmas at Disneyland even better!
