“Great basement apartment with all the amenities.”
Great basement apartment with all the amenities, including fully-stocked kitchen and bath. Clothes washer and dryer useful. Off-street parking and close to grocery store. Just a few blocks (pleasant walk) to downtown.
Owner's reply: Thanks Bill Great having you guys here.
We enjoyed our stay at the Sea Wolf Inn. The apartment was comfortable, well stocked, and had way more character than a hotel. Good location near downtown but in a residential neighborhood w/ off street parking. The owner Lisa was very accommodating and easy to communicate with. This will be our first choice for future Anchorage trips - thanks Lisa!
Owner's reply: "Way more character", how nice of you to say. Glad to host you guys, you are welcome back to Los Anchorage anytime.
“Great location in Anchorage”
We enjoyed our stay in this cute lower one bedroom apt in Anchorage AK. Lisa had everything we needed there. Highly recommend.
Owner's reply: Thank you !Glad to have you here.
“Home away from home!”
Close enough to downtown yet tucked away for the serenity and privacy! All amenities were provided that we simply needed to open our suitcases and enjoy Alaska! Our hostess was warm, welcoming and available for any questions or advice on the area. Will definitely stay again!
Owner's reply: Thanks so much for staying . Happy to have you back anytime. Serenity, what a nice description, sometimes when no one is here I sit in the backyard and watch the birds.
we stayed here for 2 weeks.has everything you need and some.easy to find and well furnished.the apartment is isolated from upstairs house and very private.set up nicely to block out the sun so you get some sleep if needed.the host lisa was great and informative.was situated within walking distance from the downtown.in a very quiet area .has everything needed to cook at the pad and a fridge to just shop and eat in since eating is on the high side.would stay here again.
“Sea Wolf Inn”
The host was very accommodating and friendly. She provided advice on where to go and what to do. She didn't freak at my large dogs, but did warn me of possible damage fees if they destroyed or damaged anything, which I thought was fair. She was nice about it, not threatening or unfriendly, but firm. This is her house after all and she keeps it nice and clean. The bed was comfortable, the place was clean and cozy. The neighbors were friendly and helpful. I would stay her again in a heartbeat!
Owner's reply: I must say Donna, that I was a bit surprised at the size of the dogs. but they kinda Grew on me, no pun intended. They were warm & freindly and very well behaved. You guys are welcome back anytime.
From the beginning to the end, my wife and I were very happy with our decision to stay here! Lisa was very helpful while planning and booking our 10 day honeymoon to Alaska. Even though we only stayed here for a total of three nights, Lisa gave us great advice on what to do in the other stops that we made. Then, the Sea Wolf Inn itself is very cute and homey! All the little touches made this one of our favorite places that we've stayed. Lisa was very welcoming on our first night there and gave some good advice on local places to visit for dinner and good local beer. Throughout our other nights at the end of the trip Lisa was just as helpful, and even drove us back to the airport (we returned our rental once we were back in Anchorage for the last two nights)!
Owner's reply: Thanks you guys, nice to know that you were so happy here, and I was so glad to share what I know about Alaska.
“Home Away from Home”
This is now our favorite place to stay in Anchorage. Lisa has thoughtfully created a homey space that has anything you need. It's spacious and quiet and the comfy bed provided a great night sleep. The bath and kitchen are well stocked, including a fridge with cold drinks. We plan to keep coming back. Thank you, Lisa!!
Owner's reply: Thanks Kathy, Guess you can just call this your Anchorage Base Camp. See you again.
