we had an excellent time at this house, with plenty of room for all of us. (we loved the size of the rooms) there were a few things the owner or management company need to address: grill is a hazard and needs to be replaced. we bought a new grill brush and cleaned it which helped a little, but not much (rotting) the lawn company damaged our brand new truck (golf ball sized dent) A/C works great downstairs, but does not work upstairs (split system and the one for upstairs is not hooked up) Cleaning crew does NOT clean from our experience. we had to clean the kitchen when we arrived as well as vacuum and sweep (dust, dead bugs, etc.) in all the corners management company was great in getting washcloths shipped out to us since there weren't any in the house when we arrived (unfortunately someone took them prior to us) we left the house cleaner than when we found it! we would rent this house again since our overall experience was good

Cabin is very big and beautiful. Ample room for our group. Just like home feel with activities just down the lake. We were able to rent a boat and take a dip in the lake. What an experience! We took a drive to Galena which was about 20 min away and came back to enjoy our stay and relax. Many ammenities available which made it more comfortable. Will definitely stay again. Thank you

This was a very nice house and fit our group well. We had an enjoyable weekend. There were a few details missing though, like seating for 8, but only enough plates and bowls for 6 and no bakeware. The house was tidy, but I don't feel like it was cleaned/refreshed before we arrived (dust, dead bugs, spider webs,ant traps, etc.). It just felt like it hadn't been touched in awhile which just made me unsure of that which "looked" clean. For the owners to leave food in the fridge and cupboards was strange as well (which is probably why there are ants in the kitchen). We would possibly stay again, if the owners would pay more attention to details.
