Christmas week 12/20-12/27 7 nights 2013 The Hamilton family. This was the most fantastic Christmas vacation week we have ever spent with our large family in the perfect vacation home - The Tudor Rose Manor. Loved the Christmas lights and decorations! It accommodated our large family group very well with 12 adults and 6 kids. Many rooms, 4 bathrooms, beautiful fresh and new remodeling and love the oak wood floors. Living rooms were fun with TV's, games and social gatherings. Kitchen and dining room worked well for making lots of yummy Christmas food. The backyard picnic table area and paving stones pathways were exquisite roomy and shady. Many amenities like the 5 person Hot Tub, complimentary surfboards, boogie boards and bicycles. Croquet in the front yard. The near and level proximity and walk to Rio Del Mar Beach and SeaCliff State Beach was fantastic. Walking out on the ocean wooden wharf to the cement ship was wonderful. We saw all kinds of marine and bird life including sea otters, porpoises, whales, and could fish from the wharf. Santa made an appearance, but fortunately not down the fireplace as it was burning real firewood logs to provide a nice warmth and evening glow! We can't wait to plan a return in summertime to enjoy it then. We'll be back!
