Our favorite tours
St.Peter 's Church tour
Walk from the apartment to Villa Sciarra, pass through the Gianicolo and enjoy the view. After a refreshment at Gianicolo continue to the Vatican and on to St. Peters church. After visiting the church you can also continue to Sant'Angelo Castle.
Le piazze tour
Take tram number 8, go down to Largo Argentina. Start with the Pantheon, Piazza Navona is still right beside. Campo de Fiori is very close as well. You could take a bus and go on to Piazza Spagna (Spanish Steps), Fontana di Trevi, etc.
Colosseum, Roman Forum, Piazza Venezia
Just take bus 75 at the side of our street, stop at "Colosseo". Foro Romano is right beside, the trip ends at Piazza Venezia.
Villa Panfili
Discover one of the most beautiful parks in Italy. I recommend to try first Villa Sciarra, which is much smaller than the Villa Panfili. It is a day long trip to go across the park.

Easy contact with hosts

"This apartment is very good located in a calm and silent neighbourhood. Busses and trams on the nereby Viale di Trastevere made it relatively easy to visit the plases we wanted to see. The apartment is on a litttle hill with a nice view, so there is some walking in steps to get there. Contact with the hosts was easy and without any problems. This was a allmost perfect place for us (4 persons) to stay in when we visited Rome."

A beautiful apartment in a beautiful place

"Staying in this wonderful apartment was half the pleasure of our two week trip to Rome. It's clean, well equipped, quiet and cool -- we were there in late May and early June. The terrace is a beautiful spot to sit in the mornings and evenings and look out over much of the city. The neighborhood is within walking distance of Trastevere but we also found the local restaurants to be outstanding. Several times we ate dinner at "Antica Roma" because the food was so good and the atmosphere so welcoming. Away from the tourists, we found ourselves at home in an Italian neighborhood. Bus #75 was our ticket into the city. It allowed us to be a part of the real rhythm of Rome, not just the bustle found in the tourist areas, which, of course, are wonderful in themselves. Finally, the people who own and manage the apartment are very helpful. The host speaks excellent English and all emails were promptly asnwered. We were also provided with internet service, including a computer and set up for a reasonable fee. We recommend this apartment highly."

Enjoy a relaxed environment and be close to the city

"Staying at the apartment during our first trip to Rome (and Italy ) was just perfect. Placed on a hill on the outskirts of the Trastevere area, a part of town in which Romans themselves go to socialise, and overlooking the southeastern expansions of Rome with mountains in the distance, the location of the apartment could not have been better. The classical furniture and genuine feel to the apartment made it a completely unique holiday experience - like staying in real Italian home. The local area is very nice, somewhat upmarket with a very hospitable and safe atmosphere. It is well adorned with cafés, restaurants and shops from which we brought home the cheese, meats, bread and wine of a quality we rarely experience in Northern Europe . Delivered with an attitude to service and friendliness that is also somewhat rare to us Scandinavians. We went out to eat in several times, and you just can not go wrong. The family restaurant just down the road is well worth a visit. Even if it was late November, we had breakfast on the veranda with the great displays of the city and the Pyramid of Cestius, a distinctive landmark in the distance Going inside you find spacious rooms with high ceiling and marble (! floors. Decorations are classical with a clear personal touch, making you feel very much at home. The bookshelves contain interesting literature - though mostly in Italian many of the books are interesting to browse through. Maps, travelguides and books of particular interest to tourists in English were greatly appreciated. The bedroom and guestroom are spacious and well lit, and you can be forgiven for feeling a bit like royalty while entering the king sized bed. The bathroom has all facilities and plenty of hot water. The apartments well equipped kitchen offers everything you may require in terms of cooking and food storage. We had a great time and would certainly like to return for a longer stay some time in the future."

Marvelous stay

"The apartment in Trastevere had everything that 4 or 5 people need. A lovely flat with good space. Two bedrooms and a usabel kitchen, very clean and in good order. It also had a nice terrace with magnificent view over parts of Rome. The area feels typical and is very calm and quiet, also you have some good restaurants, shops etc in the area. You can reach the vatican or the central of Rome walking, in about 20 minutes. We can recommend this apartment to all of our friends and we hope that we can stay there the next time we are visiting Rome."
Carina Nordström - Stockholm, Sweden

Beautiful location

"Many thanks for a wonderful stay at the Belvedere. The apartment was great and in a very beautiful and safe place. It was really beyond our expectations. We really enjoyed ourselves with the local people, to get fresh fruit in the market and eat at 3 very good restaurants nearby. The evening walks to our favorite pastry and gelato shops will never be forgotten. Getting to all the major historical attractions via the nearby bus and Tram was extremely easy. We saw everything. Vatican, Campo de Fiori, Piaza Navona, Colosseum, Circo Massimo, Forum, Spanish Steps, Trevi Fountain, the Borghese gardens, Piazza del Popolo, etc. It was a once in a lifetime trip.r. If you ever need a personal recommendation from someone is the USA, please provide our phone number. We would like to share our wonderful experiences with them. Again, many thanks. "

Very safe area

"We just wanted to say how fantastic stay at your apartment was. The apartment was lovely. The furnishings were beautiful and kitchen and bath were very nice. The apartment building was very attractive and quiet and we were very comfortable and secure. The area was superb. We felt comfortable to walk home from the tram 10 or 11 at night. We walked around the markets and felt it was a very nice community. And several times we went to a local restaurant which was recommended by the owners and had fabulous meals. Thanks for sharing your home with us. We give this opportunity the highest rating, and we look forward to living there again someday."

Back to Rome

"We were two couples who stayed in this apartment from the 23rd of October to 30th of October 2010. The apartment is very nice and more than big enough for four people. We had many hours in the sun drinking wine and enjoying the view of Rome. Very nice! The neighborhood has a nice little restaurant called Antica Roma. Just walking up to the street where the bus is running, take right, go to the blocks then turn left and you will find the restaurant on your left side. Its a restaurant where locals eat and we were the only non Italian people in the restaurant every time we ate there. We had dinner there three times and ordered the house wine each time, more than good enough for us. Prices are low and the food is very good. To go to the center of Rome, we took bus number 75 which has a bus stop on the left when you get to the street where the bus is running, only 50 meters to go. The bus number 75 goes directly to the Colloseum and the center of Rome. We bought a bus and tramcard for a week and used only for this entire week. If you take bus with a tram running, and then the tram to stop Argentina. The apartment is in a very quiet neighborhood. If we go back to Rome, we will stay this area if possible. "

Excellent location

"Belvedere in Trastevere apartment is a real bonus for tourists to Rome. It is in a quiet location, next to a really useful bus route (75) that takes you to the Colosseum and Termini and connects with many other bus routes. It's smart also Fiumicino Airport (use the regional train to Trastevere Station). You can relax in the comfortable living room and on the spacious terrace with panoramic views. There are several good restaurants and a daily market in a five minute walk. "
Lynn Chubbin - Manchester UK

Residential area of "‹"‹Rome

"The apartment is situated in a quiet residential area of "‹"‹Rome away from the hussle and bustle of the city core. It offers plenty of room for a couple and can comfortably accommodate four people. Besides spaciousness of the apartment on the patio offers an area to relax or have dinner outside. "
Tim Borel - Toronto Canada

Stunning views, safe neighborhood

"I recently had the opportunity to rent Belvedere apartment with a pair in March. We enjoyed the apartment, the view was fantastic, great neighborhood, safe and calm. Our hosts were very helpful. Away from the noise of downtown, but very accessible via bus, which came within 100 meters from the apartment. Close to Trastevere district, which was fantastic to eat. Would highly recommend to anyone that wants to be safe, quiet and yet accessible. "

Wonderful apartment

"Just a quick note to tell you how much we enjoyed the apartment. There was room enough for all had their own room and the terrace was perfect, I loved sitting outside and watching the sun come up with a glass of tea every morning. The restaurant around the corner was by far the best meal we had while in Rome, everything was perfect, thank you for the recommendation! The park is within walking distance was beautiful and we enjoyed going through it and the views were phenomenal! With the easy access to bus and tram, we could not have asked for a more perfect location, thank you again for letting us stay! We had a great time, and if we ever return to Rome, I'll be in touch: If you ever visit Charleston, let me know that we have a large space on the beach! "

Enjoy a relaxed environment and being close to town

"The apartment has a very good location in a beautiful and picturesque surroundings. It has excellent opportunities for communication with two alternatives. By tram you can get into the center of Rome within ten minutes. By bus you can get around some of the more pereferical known sights of examples to Colloseum, which you can reach by bus in about 20 minutes. A well-equipped grocery store is located less than 5 minutes from the apartment, and there are at least two good restaurants within walking distance. It is also close enough to be Within walking distance to the Vatican. The apartment is well equipped and there is a very nice view of Rome from the terrace outside. It is suitable for two couples or four people. There are two bedrooms and a very nice room. We were very happy with our stay and recommend it to tourists who want to live in an apartment instead of in hotels. This way you can enjoy a relaxed environment while being close to town. "

An amazing view of Rome from the balcony

"Our stay at Apartment Belevedere was perfect. The view of Roma from the balcony is amazing where we greet the morning w / coffee and ended today with wine! The owners gave us great ideas for dining out, buses, shopping and were very accommodating. Even arranged our taxi at the airport upon departure. Hope to return again one day! "

We loved the apartment

"The apartment was very comfortable for us. Very convenient location and it is wonderful that the bus line and bus tickets are available within a very short walk. We used the bus to get to Collissieum, Vatican, Trevi Fountain and all the tourist attractions. There are also fantastic restaurants and cafes that are close together. The other attraction, which I loved is the open market. We visited the market for fresh fruit and bread. The merchants are very friendly and welcoming to American tourists. "
Carol Vermillion - USA

Belvedere Large terrace, great location

"If you are looking for accommodation in Rome could not pick a better place than the Belvedere Apt. It is a very comfortable apt. With a lovely patio (located on a hill) overlooking the city. Sitting here after a tiring but exciting day in Rome see all the places are wonderful - with a glass of wine in one hand and the prospect in front of you is also very peaceful Belvedere could not be better placed either to see the sites. It is only about 20mins away by number 75 bus which leaves from just around the corner (no more than 100 m away) and takes you to the Colosseum / Palatine / Forum / Santa Maria Maggiore / and Termini station, just to name 5 of the stops. It is so convenient, we spent 5 days here."
Ann Hale - London UK

"We will be very happy to recommend the apartment we rented at Roman Accommodations and You. We would like others to have the pleasure of having a nice place to stay while in Rome. The apartment, located in / Trastevere, is comfortable and well appointed. We were 4 adults (two pairs), which enjoyed the room and especially the two separate bedrooms. It's a nice neighborhood, located high above Rome. When we came "home" after a hot day sightseeing in the city It was nice to relax on the terrace and watch the sunsets and colored rooftops of Rome in yellow / orange / red light. Later streetlights would be turned on and it was so beautiful, it must be seen to know what we mean. It was our first visit to Rome, but we would love to come back and to stay in the apartment again. A real Italian neighborhood

"Belvedere apartment was ideal for use by our family of 4, easily Trastevere and the Centro bus or tram (or foot, if necessary, and we went into the heart of Trastevere in 10 minutes) but then much quieter and cooler up on the hill. We were particularly struck by the apartment's amazing cross ventilation. Even when the July heat was stifling, the apartment was breezy and cool. The view is fantastic. I have the photo I took. the first day shows the pyramid and Colli Albani on my computer desk Our hosts were friendly and helpful, full of advice on what the neighborhood had to offer A plus for us. Monteverde Vecchio is a "real" neighborhood, without tourists, shops and bars cater to the people who live staying there is an opportunity to live, if only for a week or two, the way the Romans Thanks again, we hope to come back sometime soon. "
Ann Skov - Philadelphia USA

Convenient and comfortable apartment

"We recommend that you go to dinner to (Antica Roma) and enjoy the ambience, pulsating friendly locals, nicely dressed women, families together, etc. (From the apartment we went back to the corner, two blocks to the right and two blocks to the left). Bus is very convenient, early morning it took us to Collosseo. The apartment was very comfortable and pleasant. We appreciated having the washer and we went to 'bar' in the morning pastries and cappuccino. The microwave was ideal for warming leftovers. Since there are lots of windows, the rooms are well lit, and the cross wind must be great on warm days. Thank you both for accepting us to rent your apartment. We highly recommend it.. We feel the price and terms were fair. "

Nice apartment

"We had a wonderful time in this wonderful city. We liked the apartment a lot and we really love the balcony. Actually perimeter of your apartment is really nice, I think it's an area with a special atmosphere, all these beautiful old houses with flowers everywhere. Everbody we met were very friendly to us. All in all we would like come back one day and sit, eat and talk at the balcony once more. "
Dagmar Ulbricht - Germany

Charming and very comfortable

"For 5 wonderful days we spent in apartment Belvedere. Our trip was incredible, and I only wish we had spent an extra day. There is too much to see and even with 5 full days we did not see it all or get tired of watching. We found the apartment charming and very comfortable. The location worked really well for us. I would have loved to have them, although we definitely ate well! We liked everything about the apartment. I certainly recommend your apartment to someone I know coming to Rome! Ciao! Wendy "

Belvedere, Very nice residential area

"I'm not an ex customer, but some customer who hopes to return to Rome and stay at the wonderful Belvedere again. My stay at the Belvedere was and remains one of my most memorable experiences in Rome. Accommodations were GREAT!. I loved the apartment's location because it was a very nice residential area, walking distance to most things and only a few blocks from the bus. I could not have asked for more. I work for an airline, and when booking reservations for them to go to Rome I always mention you! Thanks again for an unforgettable experience! "
