Description of the Arnold vacation home rental
This fabulous voted 5 paws up, dog friendly home has central heating and air conditioning. The upstairs hosts a huge kitchen, living area and dining area along with the master bedroom (California King) , 2nd bedroom (Queen size bed) and one bath. The sliding door leads out onto the massive front deck with table, chairs, bar b q and two sky chairs for lounging. The spa is just outside the back door on the deck from the master bedroom. The living area has a 55" flat screen TV and both bedrooms upstairs have a 42" flat screen TV along with one in the family room downstairs along with a pool table for your enjoyment. The downstairs has a laundry room, a bathrooms and another bedroom with a queen size bed and bunk beds.

The house was remodeled in 2014 with updated kitchens and bathrooms and new AC/Heating system. New flooring and carpet was installed in 2013. There is a huge deck which wraps around the entire home with a ramp that goes into a giant 1/6 of an acre dog run. The deck is totally child and dog safe. You can be sipping wine in the sky chairs on the deck while your pooch wanders safely from the deck to the dog run without you worrying about his/her safety.

The bedding is plush and comfortable with the master and two bedrooms hosting new beds bought in 2014.

The home is set up so someone cooking can converse and watch with the family the NBA Playoffs on the giant 55" flat screen TV while the dog meanders in and out to the dog run. It's a terrific floor plan for the entire family.
