This spacious, detached cottage sits close to the Welsh village of Fairbourne and is able to sleep 10 people across five bedrooms.Afon Morfa is a stone cottage placed close to the Welsh coastal village of Fairbourne. It boasts five bedrooms which are made up of two doubles with en-suites, a further double, a triple room with bunks and a single as well as a single room, there is also a family bathroom and a cloakroom, the property can sleep 10 people. Inside you will also find a kitchen with a breakfast table, as well as a dining room, a sitting room with a woodburning stove, a conservatory and a snug. Externally, find ample off-road parking as well as 10 acres of grounds and woodland, and a private outdoor pool with a patio with furniture. Afon Morfa is a heart-warming, characterful cottage in an ideal situation for exploring North Wales.

Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Notes: Steps throughout ground floor. Note: This property has a private swimming pool and children must be accompanied at the pool at all times. Note: There is an unfenced waterfall to the side of the property so please take care with children, and they must be supervised at all times. Note: Dogs must be kept under close control as there is a public footpath which runs up the property drive, and no gate at the top of the drive to the road.

Town: Fairbourne is a coastal village in the Snowdonia National Park, between the Cambrian Mountains and Barmouth Bay. It sits beside a sandy beach with water sports, it also boasts a golf club. Barmouth, with its pubs, restaurants and beach, is 10 minutes away by train, or you can walk over the Railway Bridge with views of Mawddach Estuary. A base for outdoor pursuits, or for exploring superb towns with much to do.
