Large 3 story colonial home on rolling hills with gentle mountain views off the veranda. This home is recently restored with cherry hardwood floors and a simple, modern design. Beautiful decks and patios give plenty of space to relax or grill outside. I'm a chef so the kitchen is very well stocked!

You are just a few short minutes to Filo, a local coffee shop featuring excellent coffee and baked goods. East Village Grille is one of my favorite places to eat in town. (it's right next door to Filo) I am a chef so I will have plenty of great places to recommend. It's very close to the Blue Ridge Parkway. You could easily ride your bicycle and get on the parkway to enjoy a beautiful bike ride and/or hike from one of the nearby trails.

Perfect house for my family
November 12, 2016
We were very happy with everything about the house.
Had the pleasure of staying at this very nice home for our visit in the Asheville area. The house was very clean and felt welcoming. Even though you are minutes from downtown, which is great, it also felt like a mountain get away at the same time! The owner was very helpful and kind, taking the time to answer any questions we had about the property and fun things to do in the area. Would definitely recommend it to anyone who needs a beautiful and spacious place to stay for either a convenient location to explore downtown or just quiet/relaxing vacation.

We had a great time and really felt like we were at a much nicer version of our house. The linens and beds were comfortable and tasteful but my favorite part was the kitchen. You could tell the owner of the home was a real chef and the kitchen was very well stocked. It's amazing the different feeling you get when your rent someone's home instead of just an empty feeling vacation rental. There wasn't any clutter and all the spaces in the home felt great. The wrap around porch and fenced yard were great too. Perfect spot for a family and only about 10 minutes to downtown Asheville
Myself, my husband, my sister, and our 5 children had a fantastic time at Kelsey's home. We stayed there for 2 whole weeks. The kitchen was very well equipped. You could really tell that it was someone's home. All the beds were super comfortable. The fenced yard was great for the kids. Kelsey even opened up the washer and dryer area for us which she doesn't usually do. With 5 little ones it was very much appreciated. The netflix on the big TV was great for the kids. I hope we can make this a yearly thing for our family.
