Description of the Asheville vacation cottage rental
Isa's Cottage - A Charming Downtown Asheville Home

Located on a quiet neighborhood street just steps from downtown Asheville, Isa's Cottage is a short walk to the best restaurants, shops, and outdoor music festivals Western North Carolina has to offer. The city is known as a vibrant community with street performers, art deco architecture, and world-class entertainment like the Asheville Lyric Opera. Only a 20-minute drive from the Asheville Airport, this charming downtown cottage boasts 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and sleeps 6.

Built in 1925, this 1300-square-foot, historic home features beautiful wood flooring, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, cozy oriental rugs, dark cherry antiques, satellite TV, Internet, whimsical window treatments, an open, front porch ideal for people watching and evening cocktails, and a back patio perfect for afternoon cookouts.

With three bedrooms, there is a variety of sleeping arrangements (king, queen, and two twin beds) and all are decorated in a soothing palette of whites, pale blues, and tan. Both bathrooms have a full tub and shower and household appliances include a gas grill, dishwasher, iron and board, coffee maker, blender, and washer/dryer. The home is also supplied with fresh linens and towels.

Convenient off-street parking means that it's easy to come and go as you venture to visit local Asheville attractions. Take a daytrip to the Biltmore House, the largest privately-owned home in the United States with over 250 rooms, or spend time amongst plants native to the southern Appalachian Mountains at the Asheville Botanical Gardens.

With Great Smoky Mountains National Park nearby, there is a wide range of outdoor activities including whitewater rafting and kayaking, golf, hiking, bike riding, antiquing, fishing, and scenic drives along the Blue Ridge Parkway. Whether you enjoy perusing boutiques and antique shops or spending your day in the mountains, Asheville has it all and Isa's Cottage is the perfect home away from home.
