So Much Fun!

Our family had a wonderful time in this great condo. The location could not have been better and it was the perfect place to gather when we were not out enjoying all that Asheville has to offer. The condo was clean, quiet and very comfortable. Everything we needed was there for us to use. We loved our stay there and are already planning our next trip.

Owner Supplied Testimonials

I was a runner in the Blue Ridge Relay and after such a grueling twenty-four hours, I needed the perfect place to land and recover. This Loft was the absolute perfect end of a perfect experience. I was so pleased at the elegance, style and attention to detail found in this flat. Luxury abounds. The location is ideal; actually could not be better if you crave being close to it all. Park the car, and off you go. I will choose this flat time and time again. My sister and I hated to leave. Thank you so much for a great experience.

We loved staying right downtown in Asheville for our sisters trip. The directions to the place, and access information were all very clear and easy. We walked to shopping and eating every day. The unit was as pictured and the 3 of us were easily accommodated. The kitchen was very well equipped with all the gadgets and cookware we needed and much more. We were happy for the gas fireplace after one rainy and cool fall day. We would definitely stay again and would like to try the other unit as well. You couldn't ask for a better location for downtown access.

This was a welcomed surprise after staying at area hotels over the past 7 years. Easy access, seamless rental process. Parked the car and walked the weekend to everywhere we needed to go. The place was imaculate! And a nice home feel to come back to when the day was done.

Our friends and us spent a long weekend at the loft in downtown Asheville. Condo was awesome. Very comfortable and in perfect location. It was easy parking across the street in the ramp and just walking to all the restaurants, shops and attractions. Highly recommend it. Really enjoyed walking to the Grove Arcade to shop and eating at some wonderful restaurants. We will definitely use again when we are in the area.

My family spent three nights in the loft over the Thanksgiving Holiday and found it to be as wonderful as the site indicated. The owner has done a beautiful job of decorating and the kitchen was fully stocked for us to prepare our Thanksgiving meal. She left many listings for great places to eat within walking distance and clear directions about obtaining keys and parking. Thank you!

We come to Asheville several times each year and usually try to take the rustic route, which has meant 10-20 miles outside of town. It always seems to support that feeling of being in the mountains. After the last time staying outside town, with our infant daughters, we thought we would try to find a place that we could walk everywhere. The loft is not rustic, but rather modern, well appointed, and eclecticly decorated; it was perfect for what we wanted. The location is fantastic. We got a little take out from the Lobster Trap restaurant, directly below (despite the location, we did not find it noisy at all), and several times from Tupelo Honey, which was just a block up. We were able to walk to Pack's Tavern (in Pack's Square), then to take in a great show at the Orange Peel and walk back home. Parking was great (we mainly parked in the public garage and walked everywhere). The building is a bit confusing and it took us a bit to get our bearings. There is an elevator that goes all the way up (with a ramp down from street level to access), so we were able to take a stroller up one day. Everything about the loft was comfortable, both bathrooms were great, the fireplace was nice as it was a pretty cold weekend, we used the kitchen table against the window every day. The kitchen windows look out at the great find dining restaurant, Table, which has a new cocktail lounge on the second floor.

We chose this loft mainly because of its perfect location. It is located right downtown and is perfect for walking anywhere you want to go. First of all the owner was fantastic. She was so helpful and friendly. The loft, ahhhh the loft. We hated to leave. It was incredibly clean and decorated beautifully. The beds were wonderful and everything felt so comfortable. If and when we go back to Asheville, this is where we will stay. This is perfect for first timers to the Asheville as the owner provides you so much information and advice for those who are unfamiliar with the area.

We very much enjoyed the location and the accommodations. It was such a treat to walk out the door and be foot steps from wonderful restaurants like Curate, Tupelo Honey, Lobster Trap and so many more! No car needed unless traveling to the Biltmore or some breweries like Wedge. The only suggestion I have would be for additional bathing towels. We had a total of 4 adults and there were exactly 4 towels. Overall was an excellent experience! Can't wait to visit again!

This was a great place! It's in a perfect location and it has everything you will need. I look forward to staying here again!!

This is a lovely, well appointed condo in the very heart of the action. This was our 5th trip to Asheville and we have stayed in some wonderful places, but this one was the most elegant and convenient. Located above The Lobster Trap, this is close to anything you could desire--restaurants, brew pubs, Pritchard Park, shopping, art galleries. The condo was very clean and well-appointed--we had everything we could have asked for and more! Even though we were in the heart of downtown, once in the bedrooms at night the noise was not an issue. We will definitely be looking to book this condo for future visits to our favorite mountain city!

Great Location! The pictures don't do it justice. Walking distance from anything and everything downtown! Very comfortable rooms and love the gas fireplace. Great deal compared to the local hotel rates! Angie was very responsive and easy to deal with. Will definitely be back!

My husband and I had a great long weekend together. It's always great to get away and walk into your rental and feel completely at home. Great location and great accommodations!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our Asheville stay. The condo is located in a great part of town, very accessible to all the downtown activities.

This downtown Loft was perfect. We were in town for a wedding and this was so much more comfortable than having to get two hotels rooms for our family. Comfortable furniture and beds; and the kitchen had everything we needed. Parking right across the street and walking distance to everything downtown. We will definitely stay here again when we're back in Asheville.
