Take pleasure in the cleanliness knowing that all you need to do is unpack and unwind!

ENTERTAINMENT AT ITS FINEST~ The formal dining room seats up to 8 guests and is the perfect stage for a 5 course meal and wonderful conversation. Adjacent to the dining room is the gourmet kitchen with gas convection range, large center island, and nook with kitchen table that seats 4 to 6. This kitchen has all the prep tools that you will need to prepare a perfect Asheville farm to table meal.

SNUGGLE TIME~ Flowing from the kitchen to the west side of your vacation escape is the family Room that boosts a 62 inch high definition flat screen TV, movie library with over 1200 DVDs, Wii, board games and cozy gas fireplace. When you imagine being on vacation and just kicking back, this is where you want to be snuggled by the fire with DVD choices that suit a range of all different tastes.

OUTDOOR LIVING IN THE BLUE RIDGE~ Immerse yourself in the fresh mountain air on either the large front terrace with patio table and grill for dining al fresco. Or, the very private back patio with outdoor seating, chiminea to keep warm & make smores with the family , and no other homes behind the property for miles. Talk about the perfect way to end the perfect day with a glass of wine under the amazing Blue Ridge Mountain sky!

COMFORTABLE AND LUXURIOUS~ The Second floor has a total of 4 bedrooms, 3 full baths with towels and hair dryers provided and laundry room with washer and dryer. Two of the bedrooms are large master suites with en suite bathrooms, Jacuzzi tub with breathtaking views, Walk-in closet and 46' flat screen TV in Master Bedroom, and all bedrooms come with high quality Queen size mattresses, luxurious linens, televisions with DVD players, alarm clocks and incredible privacy with beautiful surrounding forest views! It's so nice knowing that everyone is safe and sound on the same floor, yet enjoying their own privacy and upscale amenities in one of the large 4 bedrooms. Please note that there is a 5th bed, which is a comfortable Queen Mattress Sleeper Sofa (with a Memory Foam Topper) located in the living room on the first floor.

Take a step back in time and experience America's largest home, George Vanderbilt's 250-room Biltmore House and its' 8,000 acre property. Tour the home, stroll the century old gardens, enjoy a beer at Cedric's Tavern, a glass of wine at the winery or take an adventure on horseback, bike or kayak. Plan on spending the whole day here.

Historic Biltmore Village

Originally built in the late 1890's as a planned community for the workers of the Biltmore Estate, The Biltmore Village sits at the entrance and houses one of the South's most unique shopping environments. With locally owned boutiques, fine restaurants, and art galleries; the tree lined streets and brick sidewalks offer a one of a kind experience.

Downtown Asheville

Downtown Asheville is an amazing place. West Asheville

Sunny Point Café, The Isis Theater, WALK, West End Bakery, The Mothlight, Zia's, Lucky Otter, Universal Joint, The Admiral, Harvest Records, Short Street Cakes, Biscuit Head, Pro Bikes, Oysterhouse Brewing, Second Gear, Hops & Vine, and more are located in this quaint and unique walkable community.

The River Arts District

Located less than a mile from downtown, this area is home to more than 165 artists studios and are open to the public. There are also a number of restaurants, shops, and cafés as well as a historic music venue, The Grey Eagle. Looking for something a little more adventurous? The Asheville Adventure Rental company is also located in the RAD and can help you plan a half/full day kayak or tubing trip down the French Broad River.

The Blue Ridge Parkway can be accessed by numerous entrances including US 25 in South Asheville (The closest to Hummingbird Point), US 70 in East Asheville, US 74 near Fairview and NC 191 in West Asheville.
