Description of the Athens vacation condo rental
This property is right in the heart of Downtown Athens, steps from the best downtown bars, restaurants, shops and music venues, short walk to UGA stadium and includes one covered parking space under the building. This loft is accented by stunning architectural details, exposed brick, soaring ceilings with pipes and ducts that give it a hip, industrial, urban chic feel. It was renovated in August 2015 with custom walnut built-in desk, drink bar, and eat-at counter and reclaimed wood details and custom headboard. The loft is decorated with a mix of new modern, retro, and mid-century furniture, local art and lots of amenities. Includes a kitchen stocked for cooking, as well as HD TV, DVD w movies, WIFI, central heating and air, washer and dryer in unit.

On the second floor above restaurant/bar and retail space (there's an elevator), our flat includes one bedroom with a queen bed with pillowtop mattress and 1500 thread count Egyptian cotton sheets, with an attached bathroom with tub/glass shower, plush towels, toiletries, open floor plan living space with couch that folds down into a bed, and fully equipped kitchen, bar area, eat-at counter, and desk/work space.

The open living space with hardwood floors, 14 foot ceilings and fun architectural details has a full kitchen with eat-in bar and all the necessities you need for brewing coffee, mixing drinks and making meals. A built in secretary/desk provides the space you need for taking care of any business you may need to tend to, and a bar and comfortable seating with entertainment system invites you to let all that go and enjoy some downtime. A washer and dryer make this property fully functional for longer stays. Two large windows let in lots of light and provide a view of the historic Morton Theater and street below. The mid-century modern, art deco and vintage decor, and local art, create a fun but comfortable feel.
