This detached cottage is situated on the outskirts of Bala and can sleep nine people in three bedrooms.Nantllyn is a spacious detached house on the outskirts of the Snowdonian town of Bala. The cottage sleeps nine people and has three family bedrooms and two family bathrooms. It also has an open plan living area with a kitchen, a dining area and a sitting area. Outside is ample off road parking and a large garden with an extensive decked area and outdoor furniture. Perfect for watersports enthusiasts, walkers and mountain bikers, Nantllyn is a superb holiday home, all year round.

Amenities: Oil central heating powered by Stanley Range. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel and power inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot, highchair and stairgate. Ample off road parking. Large enclosed garden with lawn, deck and furniture. Sorry, no pets and no smoking. Shop and pub 1 mile. Bala Lake 10 mins walk. Note: There is a stream on fenced off private land next to the garden, children to be supervised. Note: Max 8 guests.

Town: Situated just five miles from the popular town of Bala, the traditional Welsh village of Llanuwchllyn is located at the southern end of Bala Lake - the largest natural body of water in Wales. With a shop, petrol station and pub serving excellent food, the village is best known as the headquarters of the narrow gauge Bala Lake Railway, offering a nine mile scenic journey along the lakeside. The town of Bala is close by and is renowned as a centre for water sports such as fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and white water rafting. Within the town itself, visitors can enjoy a range of interesting shops, inns, restaurants and an historical town walk, whilst the Berwyn mountain range offers great walking, cycling and other outdoor activities within easy reach.
