A townhouse property situated within the village of Bala. Inside, you will find two bedrooms and can sleep up to four people, although an extra child can be accommodated in the main bedroom (foldaway bed on request)Penllyn House is a townhouse resting within the market town of Bala. Inside, you will find two bedrooms and a family bathroom complete with a walk-in shower, basin and WC. Downstairs, you will find a ground-floor cloakroom with WC and basin, a kitchen, a dining room and a sitting room with an electric fire. Outside, you will find a small courtyard with garden furniture and road-side parking. All-in-all, Penllyn House is a splendid base for those looking to explore North Wales.

Note: There is one step up to the dining room and one step up to the kitchen. Note: The cottage is located on the towns high street and there may be some associated noise. Note: Access to the parking is a little tight for larger cars and people carriers.

It is famous for being a centre for watersports including fishing, sailing, canoeing, windsurfing and whitewater rafting. Within the town you will also find a wealth of shops, inns and restaurants, and an historical Town Walk.
