=== PERSONAL W-BSITE ===
I have a publice w-bsite that has a lot more info and details about my properties and logistics. There is a link for it in the ad below. (If you have problems finding it I do send out my w-bsite link with all inquiry responses.)
-- FAMILIES, BUSINESS TRAVELERS, GROUPS OF FRIENDS--
I generally have very enjoyable experiences working with and pleasing families and business travelers. I use to have very consistent, good success with large 'groups of friends', but my inquiries in that category have risen a lot since 2014 and so have some of the issues, headaches and heartache. These groups are often in for 2-3 night stays for things such as concerts, sporting events, birthday parties, reunions, bachelor and bachelorette parties. The groups of friends I have experienced the most hiccups with are often self categorized as 'professionals in their 20s-40s', so while that is important info, please understand it does not, by itself, make me feel 'comfortable' with a large group of friends. If you are going to be the responsible party for a large group of friends, PLEASE think about each of your companions and make sure you don't have anyone in your group that naturally attracts problems or trouble. If you do, please consider a hotel over my home or that of others, as problematic issues can affect a landlord’s entire business if it involves neighbors or neighborhood issues. If you are reserving for a Group of Friends, please provide some details about your group and your comfort with this info with your inquiry. (I may request linked-in and/or f-cebook profiles that can help me feel more comfortable with you and your group.)

=== PARKING ===
As for parking, there is a large garage that accomodates 1 vehicle less than 20' longOther than that, this is a permit only neighborhoodalthough parking enforcement is not typically too bad if there are no ballgames, but a guaranteed ticket on game days. I do have a visitors permit that may be used for a second vehicle, but you'll have to sign over your first born if anything happens to it!!! It's like gold, and once lost, it can't be replaced until next year!!!

“Everything we expected & more”
The house was great! All linens provided & even soaps, etc. Having a full kitchen & laundry was BIG plus. Walking distance from everything we needed. Comfy - and perfect place to stay. I would warn anyone, though, who has trouble with stairs... this is not the place for you... there are lots of them! And you have to climb them to get to every bedroom. We loved that - and the kids thought it was really neat - but it would have been hard for my grandmother. ;) There was great communication with the owner & we would certainly look to stay here again if ever visiting the Baltimore area.
This is THE place to stay when visiting Baltimore. The house is beautiful and the location was to die for! We parked our car when we got there and didn't move it again until we left. Perfect for watching the ballgames, but excellent for any Inner Harbor visit. A short walk will have you where you want to go. Will def go back again! Thanks so much for a perfect vacation! “A Great Place to Stay in Baltimore”
The house on S Paca Street is the perfect place to stay for those visiting Baltimore who would like more than a hotel experience. The converted 19th Century brownstone easily sleeps 6-8, has an outdoor deck, barbeque and lovely garden and all the amenities necessary to make you feel at home. The location is ideal with Camden Yards, the Inner Harbor, shops and entertainment within only a short walk. The owner is very accommodating and knowledgeable about the area. Our dogs were welcome and loved it too. We would definitely go back.
