Beautiful location within a five minute walk to the beach. Although pleased with the area and amenities, the kitchen was poorly equipped with minimal utensils/equipment - a single hot plate for cooking, small fridge, ancient microwave. Hotel staff were often unhelpful, having no idea where we could buy groceries. We discovered grocery shopping on Balfour Street two blocks to the east. Neighbours were noisy and smoked on balcony at all hours day and night. Could not find road maps of Bat Yam - it seems that known civilization ends at Yaffo. So if you don't mind the noisy, smelly neighbours and really do not want to cook even though you are paying for an apartment, then this is the place for you.
