“Home with a view.”
We absolutely loved staying at this home by the sea. The kids enjoyed the loft. The kitchen was so well stocked to cook our meals. I can't wait to return soon. Already miss it.
“Lovely alternative to a hotel”
Just two of us stayed at this lovely beach house for 5 nights. We enjoyed the wood interior, well equipped kitchen and ease of booking. We would definitely return with our adult kids which would make this cottage more economical. Pity the neighbors have blocked the view of the bay which is lovely when standing up, but cannot be seen sitting inside or out. The nearby nature reserve is a bonus. Great access to Montana State Park, Morro Bay, golf courses etc. We will be back!
“Funky and fun!”
We chose this property for peace and quiet, and that is mostly what we got. There was street paving going on so that woke us early on day one. We enjoyed watching the sunset from Sweet Springs' boardwalk, and I liked hiking early in the morning and watching the birds. It was very peaceful and a great stress buster. We absolutely loved the Jacuzzi! It was warm and easy to operate, as well as private. We had fun in town with nice restaurants and shops. The Otter Bay restaurant has karaoke Wednesdays at 8 pm, and we had a great time there after doing some wine tasting at Stax.

There could not have been a more perfect place for us to stay. We love to bird and being so close to Sweet Springs and away from town is just what we needed. The house is even better than we expected. Our 4 year old son LOVED the loft. We loved the kitchen, the hot tub, the view and the privacy. It could not have been better for us in any way. So thankful to have found this gem for our time in California.

“Comfortable and convenient”
This home is a nice, clean, and homey. We enjoyed our time there. Everything you need is provided for a great stay. We would stay again. Geraldine was very helpful with any questions we had.
We stayed in this lovely place which is quite unique and loads of character, quite comfortable with the exception of the sofa we could not have asked for more. A great location, and we hope to return next year!
Owner's reply: thanks Sharon hope it works for next year Carol
“A nice Home with a nice view of Morrow Bay Rock.”
We stayed for four days and found the home to be as advertised. We had a good view of Morrow Bay Rock, the area was quiet. There was a nice size kitchen and living room, and an enclosed front patio with BBQ.We were close to Cambria and San Louis Obispo which served our needs. I would recommend this house.

We enjoyed our visit in Los Osos and this home was perfect for our needs. The home was clean and well maintained. The hot tub worked very well and got up to a nice hot temperature. Sweet Springs Nature Preserve is just out the door and is a lovely place to go for a quick walk and unwind. There are many outdoor options conveniently nearby.
“A Charming Bargain!”
My family had a wonderful stay at this home for our Easter vacation. The house is super clean, the hot tub is fabulous, and the location is right next to the Sweet Springs Nature Preserve which was a beautiful place to stroll. We enjoyed the view of Morro Rock during our meals and even had a deer sighting as well. House is multilevel and has several small sets of stairs. 2 bed rooms, 2 bathrooms (no bathtubs), and a cute loft that the kids LOVED. One of the bedrooms has a huge skylight above the bed which was beautiful BUT did make the room a bit toasty and there was no window that you can open to cool it off. The house had everything we needed - linens, kitchen stuff, as well as a pack-n-play and additional floor mats for the kids. We had a great time and look forward to visiting again this summer!
Owner's reply: thank you Bethany
“Lots of Fun”
This beach house was everything expected and much more except that it indicates three beds when in reality there are only two. My little boy loved the loft area for sleeping and the additional things like umbrellas, beach chairs, bicycles and games in the closet were a nice surprise. Will definitely stay again.
