The property has two bedrooms; a double and twin, sleeping four guests, served by a family bathroom with bath and shower over. There is a kitchen and living/dining room with woodburning stove, while outside you will find roadside parking and a rear multi-level garden with two terrace areas and a decking area with seating. 5 Gwynant Street is a great touring base for keen walkers wanting to explore Snowdonia National Park.

Note: Garden is accessed via a set of 13 steps, with a further three steps leading to a second terrace and six more steps leading to the enclosed decking area. Journey along the Welsh Highland Steam Railway between Porthmadog and Caernarfon, while Portmeirion, Borth y Gest and the outstanding Llyn Peninsula are all within easy reach.
