“50th Anniversary Celebration”

Reviewed 30 Jul 2015

To celebrate our 50th anniversary, we rented this home for our two sons, daughter, and their families. It was the BEST OF THE BEST vacations ever. The home was exactly as the pictures shown. We loved every minute. The grandkids were either at the beautiful beach surfing or on their boogey boards or throwing the Frisbees, or they were having a ball in the pool. The ages of the grandchildren ranged in from 7 to 18, and they all had a great time-----something for everyone. Several of us love to walk the beach, and there was miles in both directions that you could walk. The home is so spacious that there was so much room for all of us to spread out. There were beach towels also, so you do not have to take your own. Joanie met us and explained everything. She would answer our calls or texts if we had any questions---very helpful. There were lots of eating places and little shops within short driving distance. Couldn't have asked for a better vacation or in a more beautiful home! Everything was perfect! Would love to go back!

Owner's reply: I am thrilled to read your Review and to know that you had such a marvelous time. Congratulations on your 50th Anniversary! What a splendid way to celebrate it - all your family together for a wonderful family vacation. Thank you so much for your Review. Come back for your 51st!

My husband treated me (our last Gulf House rented was sub-par!) to your beautiful & luxurious vacation home. I was stunned by the beauty of the beach & by watching the sun drop into the ocean at sunset, from our deck --simply breathtaking! Plus, the MA bed is situated to wake up staring at the ocean before you; all you see is ocean - amazing! The house was very clean(a real gold star here), modern & updated utilities, tv, baths, kitchen. The layout was perfect w/ open LR/DR/Kitchen with a eat at bar counter. The furnishings were very tasteful & appealing, unlike alot of FL homes we've been at with very "Floridian" (ie. yard sale-like) decor. The linens were clean, very soft sheets, nice pillows & I have to comment that we found the master bed mattresses extremely comfortable -firm as we like). The kids bunks were loved by them, along with the jacuzzi tub (although apparently the jets are shut off, but they still liked the depth, view & surrounding counter/edge/seat). The outdoor hot tub & pool were stunning. Kitchen very well equipped. 4 bedrooms & 3 baths. Lots of space. Thank you for an incredible experience - we'd love to come back again!

47 years ago the 7 of us met as nursing students. The Bellair Beach Villa was the perfect place for our 'mini reunion', to gather to reminiscence, share pictures of our grandchildren & families, enjoy renewing friendships, relax & celebrate getting our Medicare cards!! Well appointed, clean, perfect location, quiet, ample amenities, well stocked, difficult to figure out coffee maker, comfortable beds, all describe this wonderful property. Beach is just steps away & we had the entire beach to ourselves. Loved having the pool on the shady side of the Villa for a break from the afternoon sun. Gorgeous sunsets viewed from the balconies as well a watching the dolphins. Debra, the owner, quickly responded to initial inquires & follow up emails. Property managers Joanie & George both are very responsive & do a great job. All of us agreed no hesitations in highly recommending this property & hope we can plan another reunion in the near future. Thanks Debra, Joanie & George for making our stay so pleasant & comfortable.

Date of Stay - September 11, 2013

We arrived at this beautiful vacation home in Belleair Beach after spending the first half of the week in Orlando, 5 days at Disney and Universal Studios. We were more than ready for some beach time and this home was the perfect place to be. We arrived on a Wednesday afternoon and loved the house and grounds at first sight. The pool area and hot tub were wonderful and a great place to hang out with everyone. We had (2) babies under a year old and a 3 year old so having the pool close by and all the space the house provided worked perfectly for us. Naps were a breeze as the baby monitors allowed the adults to lounge by the pool when the children were napping. Our 3 year old granddaughter loved playing in the pool and the ocean as did the babies. The beach was a short stroll off the patio. We were in the ocean the 2nd day and suddenly there were 3 dolphins very close by. We were able to just stand in the water and watch them go by. We had excellent pizza one night and also visited a seafood restaurant another night that was close by. The owners provided a book for the house that included any and everything we needed to know. The restaurants we visited were listed in the book. Joanie, the property manager was so wonderful and patience with us when we had questions. Debra, the owner, was very responsive and helpful as well. We would highly recommend this beach home. You won't be disappointed. Our only regret this trip was that we didn't spend the whole week! We hope to return to this lovely home for many years to come. Thank you so much for sharing your home with us.

We arrived June 15 and had a WONDERFUL week. The pictures do not do this property justice. It is simply beautiful! We have a large family so it was so wonderful to have plenty of room to socialize, let the kids run around, and also be able to still have privacy. The beach is lovely and having our own private pool was a huge plus. The beach is full of beautiful sea shells. My boys came back with three buckets full! This is prime location for getting out and about. We always stay in this area on vacation and this by far was the best location we have stayed at. Its close to everything! The owners were simply wonderful and so pleasant to work with. Thank you so much for all the work you are putting into your property and for allowing us to be able to stay here and have a wonderful time with our family!!

It was our pleasure! We are delighted with your comments and thank you for such an accurate description. I'm like your children in that I just love collecting shells. I like to walk along the water's edge in the late afternoon and pluck a few special ones to keep. Thanks for making your memories at our home and please come visit again.

We arrived on June 1st to find one of the most spectacular rental homes I have ever seen. It is more elegant than the description above. It is so spacious and modern. The pool is the largest of all the townhomes. There was plenty of parking for our three vehicles and boat. The beach is wonderful. Just step off the front porch and you are there. The Gulf spreads out in front of you like a dream. Seashells are abundant. My family went a little nuts over all the conchs, whelks, etc. They spent hours picking through them. The children had more than enough to do. They built numerous castles (please fill in all holes because of the sea turtles and their babies) and spent hours playing in the Gulf (weather permitting) and pool. You will have pop up showers, but there are numerous adventures awaiting close by. The Florida Aquarium is a must as well as the Clearwater Aquarium where Winter the dolphin (without a tail) lives. They made a movie about her. It is close to shopping, restaurants, Tampa and Clearwater entertainment. I just want everyone to know this is the place to stay. The property manager was great and met us personally at the home to check us in and show us through it. We even had a sea turtle dig a nest and lay eggs in front of the homes before we left. Go and live your Gulf dream like we did. There was easily room for more people to stay without being on top of each other.

My Response

What a lovely review. Thank you so much! I have really enjoyed getting to know you through all our emails. I feel like we have become great friends and I value your opinion and comments about my home. I was so excited to hear about the turtle nest. This is a first for me and it is reported that the babies will hatch in late August or early September. The "Turtle Patrol" checks the nest daily to ensure its safety and has reported all is well. I am hoping for some photos when the babies make their way to the Gulf. You have given a lovely description of the house, beach and all the wonderful possibilities for fun. Thanks so much for visiting and please come back to stay again soon. Keep in touch!

The Best Belleair Has To Offer.......

Date of Stay April 13, 2013

We have stayed at all of the available properties in Belleair Beach. This house has got to be the MOST relaxing, well appointed and easy to use of all. We stayed there when it was owned by people who did not seem to care about the renter's experience. The new owner's have taken a toothbrush to this place and made it an enjoyable, luxurious experience. Everything was clean, new and if it needed instructions to use, they were there too. My keyboard is not behaving so excuse the lack of proper spacing, but let just say, if you are planning a vacation to the Belleair Beach area. This is the place to stay. I know. I have stayed at all of them.

My Response

Thank you so much for the great review and recommendation to others looking for a luxury experience. Since I bought the house, I have been working on it almost every minute that it has not been rented and I have programmed times for the workmen to tackle big jobs like putting in all new floors to replace worn out carpet. I really appreciate your eye for detail. A lot has been accomplished in a short period of time to correct years of deferred maintenance on the part of the former owner. It's a big compliment to know my home holds it's own against other area homes and surpasses them in quality. My goal is to give my guests the best time possible. I look forward to your return in 2014. The toothbrush is never still.

We have been vacationing this area for the last 10 years and I think we have found our favorite spot to stay. The home is beautiful, clean and comfortable. The dolphins swimming by every night makes the sunset a site to see! The home is equipped with comfortable beds & linens, plenty of televisions for the entire family. The property manager and owners were wonderful, easy to communicate with and responsive to emails or phone calls. I will recommend this to others and look forward to returning in the near future The pictures on the listing show the house exactly the way it is... Gorgeous!

My Response

Thank you so much for staying with us at the Belleair Beach House! So happy to have you and many thanks for your nice review of our home. The dolphin are incredible and, personally, I love watching the pelicans swoop down out of the beautiful blue sky to catch a fish. What funny, wonderful birds they are. We have news to share ~ this week, we have removed all the carpeting upstairs and on the staircase and replaced it with lovely, new flooring. Always improving for our guests' comfort! New photos will be available in the near future. Fabulous! We had a unique and marvelous experience this week. A Great Egrit adopted us. We named him Spot and he seemed to like it. Spot first came to the kitchen door, landed on the the railing and watched Jim cook breakfast. When we opened the slider, he hopped down by the door and peeped into the house. Jim offered a bit of meat which Spot delicately took from Jim's hand. Each day, Spot returned once or twice to dine with us. This morning while I was sitting on the front patio, Spot flew by and landed next to me. He visited for about 20 minutes, watched me type on my computer and seemed perfectly happy to stand next to me quietly. After a bit, he flew away but, then returned. I left the sliding door open about a foot while carrying my computer inside. When I turned to go close the door, Spot was standing in the living room with me. Surprise! Jim gave him bits of ham ~ his favorite snack ~ and I took lots of great photos. Florida is such a wonderful place to commune with nature and this was the most amazing experience we have had so far. Please do come back soon. We love having our guests return for even more fun and relaxation. Perhaps you will dine with Spot too. Thanks so much!

Wow...the updates and cleanliness were amazing. We were at this same house last year for Spring Break and were very impressed with the new updates this year throughout the house as well as outside. The place is amazing and the views can't be beat. The pool is chilly (not heated but we knew that) but the hot tub can be heated and we definitely used the propane! Well worth it in my opinion. The TV in the living/family room was SO needed and the downstairs bedroom was a welcome improvement from the "den" that it was before. We loved the extra space from the separate apartment as well. Everything in the house was well stocked and clean as could be. Beautiful wide beach...played wiffle ball several times in the evening. Perfect for families of all ages. All in all, this house is a wonderful place to stay and we thoroughly enjoyed our vacation here. Debra, the new owner did an amazing job with communication and was very, very helpful. Would love to come back and make more memories!

Thank you so much for your nice review! It's great to hear from someone who stayed at the Belleair Beach House before and can comment on and appreciate all the improvements, new furnishings, decorations and upgrades I have made. I've done my best to make the property as comfortable and lovely as possible for every guest to enjoy a perfect and relaxing vacation. Thank you for noticing the care given to cleanliness. This is very important to me. I'm sure you saw that I just painted the entire interior. Freshened up everything. My housekeeper is wonderful and takes great care and attention to detail. Thanks again for vacationing at the Belleair Beach House and come back soon!

Fantastic Family Time

Date of Stay March 17, 2013

Recently our family rented this fabulous home as the gathering place for our kids and grand kids to help my husband and me celebrate our 40th wedding anniversary. Our family had a fantastic time! It was a ideal location - all ages love a beach and we could spend time together having fun - sandcastles, frisbee, flying a kite, appreciating the beauty of a sunset. We hired a photographer to take a family picture and those turned out great. That was the night we saw dolphins. The kids each took a turn planning and cooking a meal (and taking care of cleanup). The home was well equipped and spacious. It was great to be able to spend so much family time together at a beautiful home on a beach!

Happy 40th Anniversary to you both! Well done! I am honored that you chose The Belleair Beach House for such a treasured, family occasion and I am so pleased that you all enjoyed the house, beach and all the amenities. Now that you have found us, I hope you will come back every year for your beach vacation to soak up more fun in the sun, take more photo memories and, of course, watch the dolphin. Thanks so much!

Excellent Location with Private Beach
3000 Gulf Blvd, Belleair Beach, FL, 33786, United States

Date of Stay January 26, 2013

We were four couples sharing a rental for the first time in Florida. What a lovely, beachfront home, beautiful location with private beach. There was plenty of room to enjoy all activities - beach walking, sunbathing, reading, games, movies - and a large dining room with a table to seat twelve. The kitchen was well supplied and it was nice to have a several spices and staples in the pantry as well as containers for leftovers. It was very comfortable and the breakfast bar was a plus as was the wet bar refrigerator. We had a wonderful, relaxing time and found many good restaurants nearby. There was a new clothes washer and dryer in the large laundry room. The apartment over the garage is very spacious, comfortable and bright. Grocery shopping was also convenient. The local property manager was very helpful and quick to respond. We're all looking forward to going again next year.

My Response

Thanks for the super review and for booking 2 weeks next year. I am looking forward to your return. You will find more new improvements. This week, I took out all the carpeting in the upstairs bedrooms, hallway and staircase and replaced it with new wood flooring. It's gorgeous! I'm glad you enjoyed the large dining table. I love having everyone gathered together to enjoy a homemade dinner, talk, laugh and share stories. Since you were here in February, I have 4 new upholstered dining chairs at the round table in the bay window. So pretty. I also replaced the kitchen ceiling. Now there is white wood bead board, in-ceiling can lights, a chandelier, dimmers and beautiful crown molding. So many new projects and upgrades have been done to make the home even move lovely. Thanks for mentioning the pantry items and left over containers. We try to think of the little things that make a vacation easy and fun. I do love the huge laundry room. Makes doing laundry a breeze. The temperature has been in the low 80s and we have been swimming in the Gulf everyday this week. Getting a nice tan. Thanks again for choosing the Belleair Beach House. Take care!

A Great Home to entertain a Family Vacation
3000 Gulf Blvd, Belleair Beach, FL, 33786, United States

Date of Stay January 18, 2013

Our family had a wonderful week in a beautiful and spacious home. The new owners are working hard to update and accommodate the needs of each renter. We had a few first timers to Florida and the home, location and beach took their breath away. The home offers such a variety of areas inside or outside for groups to enjoy while sunbathing, playing cards or games. The kitchen was magnificent and offered many updated appliances, and equipped with all the needs for eating in. The seating around the kitchen bar area was great to share in memories and stories while others prepared meals. The new linens, bedding, furniture, and accessories throughout home made it a step above the average. The hot tub was heated by propane so usage was limited. What a gorgeous beach and so close, for searching for that unusual shell(s), jogging, walking, just tossing the Frisbees or football. Sunsets are breathtaking and the moon was bright (beautiful orange) and just as enjoyable.

We are so pleased you enjoyed the house, beach and had a wonderful family vacation. It is so nice to hear that first time Florida visitors loved the Belleair Beach House and the location. There is so much to do around the area if you can tear yourself away from the house, pool and beach. We are working hard to make the house perfect in every way and want it to be enjoyed by all. Thank you for your kind words and please come back soon.

Wow. Wow. What a fabulous place. From the moment we went inside, we were impressed. The cleanliness and decor of the home was excellent. The view is absolutely amazing. We were able to watch the dolphins swim along the shoreline every day, fished (and caught lots) right on the beach, shell hunted two or three times a day, and so much more. Location is excellent as is only a few kilometers from Clearwater, which is full of great shops, restaurants, and The Pier. We recommend this location to any family wanting a great holiday and we hope to return again soon.

We love your WOW! WOW! review. Thanks so much. We are very pleased you enjoyed the Belleair Beach House! We just purchased it in late October and have put a lot of time into renovating and redecorating. The entire Guest Apartment has been refurnished and I think it is charming. Plus, it now has proper beds to enjoy. The former den is now a bedroom with a gorgeous 4 poster King bed. So romantic. Too many other improvements to list but, obviously made for an enjoyable vacation. It is so gratifying to hear your lovely thoughts. The dolphin are a delight to watch and I especially enjoy the pelicans as they swim and fish in front of the house every day. We are so happy you are planning to come back. Thanks again!

Fantastic Family Vacation

We found this amazing rental home on-line, close to the Tampa airport and right on the gulf! It looked fantastic, and we all fell in love with it at first sight upon arriving. My husband and I had been searching for a place where our three daughters and their families could all come together with us and share Christmas week under one roof. This home was so spacious and clean, with beautiful art work, an amazing amount of clean and perfectly placed windows, and lovely home furnishings, most of which had a layer of glass on top to prevent worrying about the little ones. The beach was a short minute's walk away from the back patio, and even when we weren't outside, you had the feeling that you were! We had everything and more that we could have needed, including two high chairs for the one-year olds, pack and plays, and ample flatscreens so the various video games could be played in whichever room! The master bedroom and bath were just incredible, complete with a balcony that made you feel as though you were right on the beach! I would not consider renting any other home for my family, whenever we plan another week together. Fantastic shells, for those who love collecting. A whooping crane even paid us two visits in the side area where lovely landscaping surrounded us and the pool and hot tub. I urge any family who has the chance to rent this house. It is definitely a DREAM-COME-TRUE experience!

Thank you for your kind remarks and for sharing your experience with us. Come back soon and bring those babies!

Great Location and Very Spacious.

Date of Stay December 15, 2012

We loved our stay here on Belleair Beach. This townhouse had everything we needed- pool, hot tub, beach, and close to activities. The downstairs has been remodeled very well and all the updates are greatly appreciated. The upstairs' bedrooms are a little outdated- but this is only cosmetic of course. Kitchen was very well stocked. Cable and wireless worked great. We loved the extra seating and large tables for dining and entertaining. Outside, there is a lot of patio room and furniture for relaxing. The side pool, hot tub, and patio do not get any sun during the day in December. So, there is not the opportunity to sub bathe and swim with the warm sun in mild temperatures. The pool's heater is propane and is only supposed to be run minimally which kept us from being able to sustain a warm temperature for the winter vacation. Most of all, I have to rave about the location. It is 2 miles from all Clearwater has to offer. We have stayed in locations such as Longboat Key, Annamaria Island, Fort Myers, and by far, we love the cleanliness and family atmosphere this area has to offer. This house is in a quiet area, but it does not take long to get to dining, stores, or things to do. Owners are very helpful in answering questions. Rental company was very courteous during stay. I would recommend this rental and we hope to be back sometime. Keep up the good work!

You are so right. The location is unbeatable. We love being so proximate to Clearwater, Largo, Tampa and St. Pete Beach for all that the larger towns have to offer, but completely enjoy our quiet privacy at home in Belleair Beach. No high rises or commercial hustle bustle. Lovely, serene beach and family atmosphere here. Thanks for your kind remarks and we are so very happy you enjoyed the townhouse and your vacation. Thanks for booking with us and do come again.

This rental was fantastic - we were a group of 6 women - age 50+. The condo had every tool and gadget you could possibly ask for in the kitchen. The views were amazing - the beach is RIGHT THERE - literally. We saw dolphins from the deck on more than one day. Speaking of the deck - it's huge, with various seating areas and tons of furniture. Furniture is comfortable and house is stylishly/modernly decorated. Bed linens were nice and new towels were abundant. Baby grand was a bonus, as one person in our party is a pianist, so that was fun to have. Owners were responsive with small questions we had during our stay. Lots of unique shopping in the area - (10 to 20 minute drives.) Rental car recommended, as the shuttle is a bit of a walk. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend to others. (PS, we were originally looking for a house, vs. a condo - and we have no regrets at all - we didn't even know we had neighbours.)

It was a pleasure meeting you and your girlfriends. We are delighted you enjoyed the house, the beach and your vacation. We try to make our guests as comfortable as possible and having all the little things right at hand goes a long way toward that being at home feeling. Isn't it fun seeing the dolphin? My family and I visited this gorgeous property again this year. We have been staying in Belleair Beach for years. Of all the places you can stay, we have. We have stayed at more expensive homes, but this particular property is our all time favorite. We have noticed some obvious changes to the place, new linens, new TV, even a new coffee maker. The house is located perfectly on the beach and you can see the sun set from the pool if you are so inclined, as I am. The owners obviously take the feedback provided from these reviews seriously and act on the ones that will be helpful to all guests unlike some of the Belleair Beach slumlords who charge an arm and two legs for a beat up unit that generates an income stream. THESE OWNERS CARE ABOUT YOUR VACATION. They have a staff of people that make sure all of your needs are met (within reason) and the issues you might have are addressed promptly. We needed the pool cleaned after a particularly ugly rainstorm with high winds that blew some debris into the water and it was sparkling clean the next morning in time for my daughter's swimming lesson. There are some not so obvious additions as well. New flooring, some new pieces of kitchenware to make cooking during your stay easier, and directions for everything electronic. If you rent here and can't figure something out, there are printed instructions so this should never be a problem. Also, the apartment above the garage is wonderful as well. It has been completely redone and I would be happy to sleep there, but we bring our nanny and she is extremely comfortable residing there for two weeks. The other nice feature is that the Publix grocery is just across the causeway which makes going to the store an easy trip with a great view of the ICW from atop the causeway bridge. We like staying at the Four Seasons wherever we go, but our choice of destinations has been the beautiful and private playground called Belleair Beach. We have stayed at just about every rental on the beach and I can say this is the place my family wants to return to year after year. If you want to try other places, go ahead and waste your money. If you want a great, luxurious and fun vacation for you and your family, this is the place. Forget Maui, you can meet me on Belleair Beach in June 2015, at this property again. You can spend more, but you will not get the experience and relaxation that vacationing here brings.

We wanted to let you know how much we enjoyed your home. It is beautiful, and the beach view is amazing! We enjoyed watching the dolphins in the mornings and the fabulous sunsets in the evening. Our only comment is that the west sun coming in was a little warm while we were watching the US team in the World Cup! But we understand why you don't want to block that amazing view. You were right - Joannie is amazing! She was so nice to let my sister and brother into the apartment early. It was a really long day for them, and it was much appreciated. Thanks for providing such a great home for our family to get together. We created some wonderful memories.

We rented the townhouse the 2nd week of August. The group consisted of my wife and I and our 4 kids (ages 12 to 21), plus my daughter's boyfriend. We invited my 88 year old mother, who lives in the Tampa area, and is legally blind and has difficulty getting around due to arthritis, to come and spend the week with us. We have been coming down to the Tampa area beaches once or twice a year for 15 years to visit family, and this is the nicest place we have ever rented. The beach here is ideal because the water is not too far from the house (further south in Treasure Island we found the beaches to be very wide, and the walk to the water is much further), and yet the house has a picturesque sand dune barrier with beach grasses right off the patio. It is the best of both worlds. It is also nice to not be in an area with a lot of high rise condos. It was almost like having a private beach! Also having the pool right there is a great convenience. We found ourselves alternating between the beach and the pool a few times a day. The patio areas and perimeter of the pool are great because there are so many areas to sit. At different points in the day, we could sit in the sun or the shade depending on whether we wanted to be in the sun or not. Inside the house everything was clean and luxurious with flat screen TVs in many of the rooms, nice furnishings, and the view of the beach from the living room, dining room and patio is incredible. We never grew tired of just sitting there watching the surf. And the sunsets over the Gulf were surreal. It you are looking for place to relax, this is it. There was plenty of room inside and outside for all of us, and we never even used the luxurious efficiency apartment over the garage that sleeps 6. Finally, it is centrally located, so we found it easy to get to shopping, restaurants, and even an LA Fitness health club we joined for the week. We all had a great time, and my mother said it was the best vacation she has ever had. It was very difficult to leave, and we hope to be back next year.

Debra, we would like to thank you for having the Belleair Beach House available to rent. We rent quite a bit from online websites and your place is hands down the best place we have ever rented.

The house is very well appointed, everything you need is there including filtered water from the fridge; it was great to not have to purchase bottled water! All the bedrooms were quite large and the beds were very comfortable. The living areas and eating areas were large enough to accommodate all of us and the teenagers really enjoyed the apartment above the garage which is just as nice as the house. I should point out that there were 3 families in this group; 6 adults and 6 kids. Space was never an issue. The best part about your place has to be the private beach, never crowded and perfect views. Your heated pool and patio area would be a close second to the beach area though! We really had a great relaxing week at the Belleair Beach House. Thanks again Debra.

We were a group of four couples who rented this beautiful beachfront house for two weeks for a second consecutive year and we are very much looking forward to a third time in 2015! The owner made several upgrades to the property during the year such as new hardwood floors and a new shower in the apartment. The house was ideal for a group of our size because the open floor plan, which includes a spacious and upscale kitchen, gave us plenty of room in which to move around. The house is located directly on the beach giving the option of sitting on the beach or on the patio to enjoy the Gulf. The fabulous view from the house or patio includes wind surfers, pelicans diving for fish, occasional dolphins going by, sail boats, spectacular sunsets and even the fascinating sight of watching a storm form over the Gulf.

Just a short note to thank you for the prompt return of our security deposit.
Also I would like to complement you on your home. We loved it. We have, over the last 15 years, stayed in a large variety of beach homes, that have all been very nice, but the popular opinion from my family is that yours has been the best and we need to go back sometime soon.

We found The Belleair Beach House to be the absolutely perfect beachfront home with a private, heated swimming pool for our winter escape from the cold and snow. Ultimately, you want to feel as if the rental is your home away from home...and that is exactly how The Belleair Beach House felt to us. My wife made comments like, "I could live here forever," re-affirming the choice we made in renting this superbly beautiful property. The house was as relaxing as possible. The warm pool was a great place for us to soak away the cold winter, and the walk to the beach was 1 step off the patio.
It was literally the cleanest beach house in which we have ever vacationed. The owner, Debra, has amazing attention to detail, not only in decorating, but also in providing all the comforts of home. Newly furnished bedrooms had luxurious linens and towels. Debra had even thought of the small things - designer hangers in all the closets, laundry baskets, beach towels, a starter supply of paper products, and a kitchen with everything you could ever want.
My wife and I stayed with three other couples. Having a bedroom downstairs, 3 upstairs and the studio apartment allowed us to have our privacy while still sharing the beautiful amenities the house had to offer. The interior is gorgeous - new furniture, comfortable beds, decorator touches. I loved looking at the Gulf while I showered in the master bath. Outside is awesome - lounge chairs for sunning, 3 dining tables with chairs and umbrellas (loved the Tiki Umbrella), BBQ, fountain, and palm trees. The patio surrounds 3 sides of the home so we could be outside in the sun or shade as we liked.
The location was perfect. This amazing, beachfront home is in a residential neighborhood only a 5 minute drive to restaurants and shops in Clearwater Beach or Indian Rocks Beach and restaurants, food market and liquor store in Belleair Bluffs. Everything was just around the corner without having to suffer with crowds of vacationers and traffic.
We also loved not dealing with parking permits and beach passes. We had plenty of room to park 4 cars just outside the patio gate and the white sand beach is private. Our ladies certainly enjoyed collecting shells. Sunsets - WOW!
I would highly recommend this property if you are looking for an superbly, upscale vacation experience. It was truly a pleasure staying at The Belleair Beach House.
We had a great time here - it was a terrific, relaxing getaway for us. Thank you, Debra.

This is the third consecutive year that we and our friends have enjoyed two weeks in this beautiful beachfront home. Two of the upstairs bedrooms had new furniture which we found very comfortable and a lovely and unexpected addition.
The owner continues to improve and upgrade this lovely home each year and we are excited to see what 2016 brings!

Our family decided to forego Christmas gifts this year and plan a trip to "Create Memories". That is exactly what we did in a beautiful setting. The house and apartment was perfect to accommodate me and my wife, adult children and grandchildren. There were great spaces for us to enjoy together as a family, but if a little quiet time was needed, there was always a place for that too with the multiple decks and patios. A stroll on the beach was right at your backdoor and the views of the gulf and especially the Sunsets were phenomenal. The heated pool and hot tub were enjoyed all week despite a few days of cooler temperatures. The location was also great as there were many activities for all ages within a short drive. Thank you Debra and Joannie for helping to make our "Family Christmas Trip" a truly memorable experience.

My family and another family had a wonderful week at this home. Having such a nice large pool gave us options when our kids didn't want to be on the beach. The beach access is ultra convenient and you cannot get a better view for a sun set. The property was spacious, well appointed and very tastefully decorated. Having a bunk room for the kids is an added plus. We've stayed at other properties along this stretch of beach and this was by far the best place.

My family and I stayed here for a week in April and had such a nice time. We had 9 adults and 2 children and still had plenty of room and all slept comfortably. There is a nice large open kitchen that we were able to utilize to cook meals in for everyone. The heated pool was perfect to have if we wanted another option for the kids to swim in and a hot tub for the adults. There are tables and chairs surrounding the pool and the outside back area facing the beach for people to relax in. It was also a short drive away to shops and restaurants as well. It was a great trip and I would definitely stay there again!

My family stayed here in June of 2015 and we had an awesome time! Normally when we come to the Clearwater area we do a lot of driving to area points of interest, but this year we mostly just stayed at the house because it was so fun just being there. The house is beautiful, it is set up very well, and being right on the beach, the Gulf view from the living area, the kitchen area, the dining area, and the master bedroom is fantastic! During the week the refrigerator did quit working (those things happen), but the property manager had a friendly and capable repair man right out to fix it. Great experience! We definitely plan on coming back to this house in the future.

I can certainly understand why you love the townhouse the way you do. We had a wonderful time there and spent a great deal of time in the pool. No shortage of sun other than a few rainy days and then we set out and toured Tampa.
Thanks again for a beautiful time!

To celebrate our 50th anniversary, we rented this home for our two sons, daughter, and their families. It was the BEST OF THE BEST vacations ever. The home was exactly as the pictures shown. We loved every minute. The grand kids were either at the beautiful beach surfing or on their boogey boards or throwing the Frisbees, or they were having a ball in the pool.

We have been staying in beach homes for 6 years now. Our party consist of 3 families, 6 adults and 6 teen/children ages 19-3. This by far has been the best bang for our buck. With the carriage house the family with the younger children had their own little apartment. Which was nice. If your looking for a party spring break atmosphere this is NOT it. It is a quiet secluded beach. Both years we might have seen 10 people each year. The management is great. Debra has always worked with us on any issue including vacation dates. Hope to stay again this year!

Wow! We rented the house for a family of 10, September 2015 and it was fantastic. The property manager couldn't have been nicer; everything was ready for us the minute we arrived. The beach is right out the doors and several times we saw dolphins swim by. We all had a great time together and the views were spectacular. We would love to come back.

Date of Stay - September 23, 2015

I was looking to surprise my wife for her 60th birthday. We live in St. Petersburg, Florida, but most all of her family is in Minnesota. I wanted it to be something special and different! I contacted the owner and explained my situation, I wanted to be able to do everything without any mail or phone calls going to my house. Debra was very cordial and helpful. We arranged so I could go and look the house between other renters and make sure it was what I was looking for. It turned out to be even more than I expected. Almost a perfect fit since I was trying to get four different families, one of which has 2 young children, all together at one time. Her property manager was also a big help since my availability kept changing on the day we were to show up at the house. It wasn't easy trying to get to the airport and get everyone to the house and then get my wife so that everyone was there to surprise her!!! We pulled it off!!! Everyone was more than happy with the home. It was great being able to have everyone in one place, with plenty of space and having the ability to fix meals and everything when and as you want it. It wouldn't have been anywhere near as nice had everyone been in hotel rooms. We had a great time on the beach and in the pool during the days and having the patio area beach side at night to sit and relax, or hop in the hot tub. Everything in the home is well kept up and up to date. My wife was thrilled with her surprise and still can't figure out how I got it all done without her knowing anything about it ! Many thanks, I would certainly suggest this home to anyone who might be considering it! A-1 and first class all the way!!
