Large beach house used for group retreats and family reunions has water views on both side of house. Has upper level front porch with dining table and chairs and lower level back deck with three dining tables and comfortable chairs for outdoor dinners.

Large driveway in front of house has parking for 8 large vehicles

House has 2 Weber gas grills on back deck.

Waterfront deck has view of lagoon, boat dock, and is fenced in and gated.

Parking permits available that come with house for parking along road to beach or also South Bethany parking permits are provided for parking right at beach. You can also walk three blocks to beach.

Upper level has living room with 2 queen sleeper couches, dinning table for 10 people, laundry area, and full kitchen. Upper level has three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

There are no stairs to enter lower level of house. Lower level has den with walk out sliding glass door and has 2 queen sleeper couches and kitchenette. Kitchenette has large refrigerator, dishwasher, sink, large toaster oven, toaster, two hot plates, coffee makers, and microwave oven. There are two full bathrooms on the lower level, 4 bedrooms, a laundry room, and an outdoor shower.

the house has 6 Televisions. All TV's have Roku players and get free Amazon Prime and Netflix streaming channels. Four of the TVs are also connected to the local cable TV service.
