The estate's open, modern floor plan features high ceilings, skylights, and new designer ombre grey wood floors. The spacious master suite, including his and her baths and his and her closets, is located on the main level of the house. The first floor also includes a guest suite, living room, family room, and beautiful kitchen with breakfast area. The upstairs holds 3 additional rooms and a den, while the outside is perfect for entertaining with it's striking landscape and exquisite pool. The rate is for long-term rental. Please inquire for short-term rental price.

Set on a quiet street lined with palm trees this home is the epitome of Beverly Hills charm. There is a driveway with parking for several cars.

LIVING ROOM

There is an open plan, monochrome living area, with wooden floors and black and white dogtooth rug. Velvet armchairs and a large white corner sofa fill the space, with a Marilyn Monroe photograph hanging on the wall behind. On the left of this space, is a further seating area, with sofa and armchairs, as well as a door leading out to the pool.

BAR

This sleek and sophistication bar has shiny black fittings a large mirror behind. With a bar, barstools and a drinks station, this the perfect spot to relax before a swim in the pool outside!

POOL & TERRACE

With a beautiful turquoise pool, the terrace is surrounded by the palm trees which rise above the house. There is an outdoor dining table and chairs, BBQ and parasol, as well as access to the guest suite.

DINING ROOM

A calming dining space, with a glass table and white chairs surrounding it. The room has a skylight, bay window and various pieces of artwork on the walls.

KITCHEN

This kitchen is modern in design, with a small dining table and chairs for informal dining. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the luxury amenities you will need during your stay. There is access to a small lawn terrace through the doors in this room as well.

GUEST BEDROOM SUITE

A spacious and light bedroom, with beautiful king sized bed and a chez lounge in the corner of the room. There are doors out to the lawn. Opposite the bed is a television and fireplace. A walk in wardrobe is on the left hand side.

EN SUITE

There is an en suite bathroom with shower, bath, WC and basin.

SECOND BEDROOM

In the main house, the bedrooms are upstairs on the first floor. This bedroom has a king sized bed, to sleep 2 guests. There is also a walk-in wardrobe and en suite.

With a Queen size double bed in the centre, this bedroom has a wardrobe and en suite bathroom.
