Lakefront Chalet at Boulder Bay is a luxury property that provides 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2,200 sq ft of indoor living plus 2,000 sq ft lakefront patio, a new boat dock, hot tub, gas firepit, hot tub, a 4-burner grill and lots of chairs to relax in. All this, right in Boulder Bay! The home features an open floor plan with grand living room/dining room/kitchen and glass sliding doors that exit to the oversized patio that brings the outside inside! Boulder Bay Lakefront is within an easy walk of the new Boulder Bay Park which offers some of the best views and summer swimming in Big Bear. With a culdesac location there is plenty of room out front for biking and playing around with the kids. With easy access to the village, hiking, and ski slopes Boulder Bay Lakefront is the perfect Big Bear destination. The cabin is tastefully decorated with quality cabin decor.

THE MASTER BEDROOM offers a comfortable pillow top king sized bed and an ensuite with a shower and tub. Roll out of bed and through the private sliding doors and sip coffee on the lake front patio in the morning. An HD TV is included in the master.

BEDROOM 2 provides a comfortable queen and easy access to a shared bathroom. Plenty of privacy for a second couple, grand parents, or children. An HDTV is provided.

BEDROOM 3 is the bunk room with whimsical boat and mountain decor. It is a comfortable space for children and adults with easy access to the kitchen and shared bathroom. An HDTV is provided.

THE KITCHEN is stocked with all the tools of the trade including blenders, mixers, pots pans, and untinsles. The kitchen opens up to the great room and has views out to the lake where Chefs can create their magic while staying connected the other guests and enchantment of the cabin. A breakfast bar provides a platform for easy conversation and feeding hungry guests.

AMENITIES: Only the finest luxury amenities that include: Spa-quality towels, high thread-count linens, spa soap, shampoo conditioner and lotion, and quality paper products.
