With less than a 200 metre walk to the Cameron's Bight Foreshore and an easy walk to the Blairgowrie Village, Blairgowrie Yacht Squadron and the Koonya General Store, this modern, low maintenance beach house will quickly become your perfect holiday spot.

Making it ideal for two families, there are two living rooms, both with Smart TVs (one with Foxtel), four bedrooms (two up one end of the house and the other two up the other end of the house), two bathrooms and a great outdoor area with BBQ and dining table that can be covered with large retractable awning. There is also a grassed area that would suit a kick of the footy or hit of cricket.

You will feel very comfortable all year round with ducted heating, a large split system air conditioner in the main living room and ceiling fans throughout, including in all of the bedrooms.

There's nothing missing here, with a dishwasher, coffee machine, microwave, four TVs (one with Foxtel), washing machine, clothes dryer, BBQ, garage parking and free WiFi. Don't forget, this is all within 200 metres walk to the beach.

This lovely property lends itself easily to cater for two families. There is a portacot and high chair for your use. All you have to do is relax and enjoy!!
