A second bedroom with a queen size bed and balcony offering glimpses of the world famous Bondi Beach and a third bedroom with two single beds, and a large family bathroom complete this level

The spacious living and entertaining areas occupy the entire middle level, with full width bi-fold doors giving direct access to the outdoor courtyard. A fully equipped gas kitchen, separate dining area, an additional large lounge/entertainment area and guest bathroom complete this floor
