Two Miles from Ocean Point and 10 minutes from Boothbay Harbor, this classic Maine waterfront vacation home is perfect for kayaking in Linekin Bay or watching the seals on the rocks next to Cabbage Island. Facing west for spectacular sunsets, this house offers a wrap-around porch that includes a full size ping pong table and fooze ball table. The screened/glassed in porch is perfect for relaxing and enjoying the cool ocean breezes. This house is three stories with 8 bedrooms, 4 on each of the second and third floors. Each bedroom is tastefully decorated with comfortable beds. The East Boothbay General Store, a mile away, has awesome Lobster Rolls and great foodwe particularly love their Blueberry Gorgonzola Pizza, a unique pizza and delicious! The kitchen is where everyone gathers. Time at Captains Quarters is spent reconnecting with family and friends. A chance to read a good book (great library at the house) and reconnect with yourself! The dock and float are perfect for fishing, bringing or renting a boat (sail or power), or just watching the boating traffic and the sea birds and seals. The osprey and loons are here and fun to watch! We invite you to come and renew your relationships with others and yourself. Yoga is encouraged! Clambakes can be arranged in the yard. And, we have a photographer available to capture your special moments.

Boothbay Harbor has long been called the boating capital of New England. It is located mid way up the coast of Maine. The Coastal Maine Botanical Gardens are world class gardens and not to be missed. Vintage Car and Train enthusiasts will enjoy the Boothbay Railway Village. There are lots of great restaurants in the area serving locally sourced food. There are farmers markets where you can find fresh local foods and goods. The air here is clean and the water is clean and clear and life is unhurried.
