Description of the Boulder vacation guesthouse rental
Rent by the Week for a Trial. No Obligation. No Lease.
If I have a room available for a longer stay and you are a good fit, we can talk about an extended stay. The price is likely between $800-$1000/month. All utilities included.

I provide a common room and small kitchenette set-up for our guests with a microwave, sink, coffee pot and flat screen TV. This way you have plenty of privacy. Free Wifi. You will also get access to my kitchen and Laundry Room on a limited basis (not available for week to week).

Who does this work for? Someone on a business trip, someone new to Boulder, someone that just needs a temporary stay in a home with a "good vibe".

This set-up is not appropriate for couples romps or late night partiers. I live downstairs, afterall. We will consider friendly pets, but you need to clean-up after them and they need to get along with our yellow Lab, Lance.

Prices quoted are PER BEDROOM/SINGLE OCCUPANCY.

Great experience!

We had a wonderful time with our experience and the city of Boulder. The house was convenient to all of the Boulder amenities, (hiking, theatre, restaurants) and it was a lovely place to chill out after a day of adventure in Colorado. There is a beautiful yard, adorned with flowers and complete with a yellow lab (Lance) to play with your dog. The rooms are simple but sufficient and far more home-like than a stale motel room. Our hosts, Grace and Ed couldn't have been more accomodating. We would definitely stay here again.

I had a wonderful stay at 3 Bears. The house is in a great location, the hosts are wonderful, and the beds supremely comfortable. In fact, there was only one drawback I experienced, namely sloping ceilings in the bedroom and the common room (rooms are on the top floor). These could be awkward at times, and this is the one factor that keeps me from giving 3 Bears five stars. Highly recommended.

Our visit at the 3 Bears Home was fantastic. Privacy when needed, friendly people, nice big room, coffee in the morning and most importantly...dog friendly with plenty of room for the girls to run. Thanks again!
