Little Brook is a traditional stone built cottage sleeping four people in two bedroomsLittle Brook Cottage combines character with comfort and is ideally located in the centre of Bowness on Windermere. The stone-built cottage sleeps four people in two bedrooms, one double and one twin, as well as a shower room and a ground floor wet room. The kitchen comes equipped with all amenities and has a dining area as well. There is a comfortable lounge with TV and music centre. Outside there is a small courtyard and parking is available at a nearby car park. Located in the heart of Bowness, one of the most popular and vibrant towns in the Lakes, Perfect for couples or families.

Amenities: Gas central heating. Ceramic hob, electric oven, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, washer/dryer. TV and DVD player in lounge and double bedroom. Music centre. Wi-Fi available. Gas and electric included in rent. Bed linen provided. Small shared courtyard outside. Parking available at nearby car park - please note a refundable £20 deposit required for parking permit. Restaurants and shops within walking distance.

A variety of boat trips and hire are available in Bowness. The World of Beatrix Potter attraction and the Old Laundry theatre are 1.5 miles away. Orrest Head, where Alfred Wainwright was inspired to write his series of iconic guidebooks, is a 30-minute walk to enjoy the spectacular panorama of far-reaching views over the lake and surrounding fells. Brockhole, which offers high wire tree top experiences, is less than two miles away, and the historic villages of Grasmere, Ambleside and Troutbeck are a short drive away.
