Area Information
It is a south end unit with direct Intracoastal view, across from Boynton Inlet that connects the intra-coastal waterway with the Atlantic Ocean. It is surrounded by three waterfront parks: Intracoastal Park, Harvey E. Oyer Jr. Park and Ocean Inlet Park, which make the area an ideal place for many activities including the 4th of July fireworks and festivities.
From the master bedroom and the balcony on the 2nd floor, one can watch the sunrise and enjoy the serenity of the waterway in the early morning and, in some evenings, watch the full moon rising over the water and listen to the soothing sounds of waves crashing on the beach.
You are 10 minutes from Boynton Beach Mall, restaurants, grocery and banks, 15 minutes from the PBI airport, 17 minutes from Boca Raton exclusive shops, restaurants, Palm Beach outlets, downtown West Palm Beach and 9 minutes from Bethesda Hospital.
On nice weekends, wake up to find parade of boats heading towards the inlet to go out to the ocean for early catch and all the water activities around the inlet and the parks.
There is a rich marine life around the private dock especially during the seasonal migration of finger mullet, which occurs around October.
Kayaking is an excellent way to explore the waters around the area. You can launch the kayak right off the beach behind the house and paddle your way to the other side of the intra-coastal waterway to explore the Bird Island and sightsee the estates of the Manalapan and Hypoluxo Islands or to the Ocean Inlet Park on the south side of the inlet.
