Our new 1 bedroom condo (1 king beds, 1 sleeper couch) may be the most charming and cozy beach condo on the island! You may not find another spot so close to the beach and bay yet so peaceful and with such ambiance. It is in a peaceful private compound! We are located on most sought after and narrow part of the island. The white powder sand beach, rated in top 5 in USA (including Hawaii (by Tripadvisor), is just steps away on one side. Takes less than a minute to walk to beach. Our Dock on the bay just steps away in the other direction. Takes less than 40 seconds to walk to our dock on the Bay. All the shops and restaurants are within walking distance or, you can take the free Trolley that picks you up on our street corner and will take you anywhere on Island! We are on a dead end street, away from the main road, and there is no through traffic or traffic noise. Very peaceful. Seeing dolphins from our dock or beach is common! If you like to fish, fish from our dock and yes, we provide fishing gear, albeit basic, Fish from Bridge street pier about a 10 min walk. There they sell bait and will rent better equipment. On some days you big fish are so plentiful you can catch fish them with a net!

Every square inch of this cottage style home exudes attention to detail. Maybe I'm biased but I think the person who decorates our properties, my wonderful wife, is the best interior decorator around. I think you will agree that the unit is spectacular in every way.You may never find a more serene setting! You may never want to leave.

There's so much to do outside that a few weeks may not be enough time. For instance right on down the road on Leffis key across from Coquina beach is a fabulous nature preserve. You can ride bikes there on the acres of board walk trails right along the Bay! It is the most impressive nature Reserve I have ever seen. Here's some info from Manatee County. "Manatee County's newest baby" - opened to the public July of 2006, offering many acres of diverse marshlands, open water, and nature trails. Marshland, 2 1/2 miles of kayaking and canoeing along the Bay, 10 acres of uplands complete with 6 nature trails and as many bridges winding around the mangroves. “great vacation spot”

Reviewed 24 Jun 2014

Clean comfortable and convenient. This property is a very nice place with all the comforts of home. Mark and Lilly have done a beautiful job of decorating and making sure that their place is comfortable and relaxing. You have what you need to cook a meal if you don't want to go out but there are several good restaurants close by so my family and I took advantage of them. There is a dock just 50 yards away where we fished every day and the beautiful white sand beach and the gulf of Mexico is just 100 yards away. Mark has fishing rods and beach umbrellas along with bycycles there to help you enjoy your time outdoors. This year was our 3rd year in a row that we have stayed at Mark's property and we have always been very pleased. Mark has always been honest and accommodating and my family and I would definitely recommend staying here.

“Wonderful Location/Peace and Serenity For Sure”

Reviewed 17 Sep 2012

I visit/stay in Bradenton Beach at least twice a year; each time a different place. But this location/this condo was the best of all....at least for my needs/wishes. My car sat most of the time because I was able to walk to most everywhere and anything I needed except the grocery store. However, there was a convenience store nearby. But even the grocery store was just a few minutes drive down the same street where the condo sits. This condo (even my individual unit) had more amenities than the other condos I've stayed in on this beach and what was surprising.....this place was $300 cheaper for "the week" than the other condos I've experienced in the area. Whenever I head out for a stay in Bradenton Beach, I always bring everything from my own bath towels to cookware, but this place had everything. I wanted for nothing. And as for the the owners.......so easy to deal with.......as in easy to reach, ask questions, resolve any issues. I've had "owner issues" at the other places, but not this one. You can bet.....I'll be back. It has everything I look for "in a stay" at my favorite beach. Oh! One last thing. My security deposit? Refunded......and quickly. The other places? The security deposit was always kept.....by policy.

Owner's reply: Thanks for the great review! It is very important to us that all our guests feel just as you do. We strive to have everything spotless, offer all the best amenities, and all the basic necessities like home. Our guests don't have to worry about anything except having a great time! We devoted over a year to the makeover!

“Wonderful vacation; great beach condo!”

This condo was delightful! Everything was clean, clean, clean. The full kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, untensils, coffee maker. The bed was vey comfortable. My son slept well on the fold out couch. Just steps from the most beautiful water and white sandy beach! All that and the owner was very quick to respond when I inquired about an additional day - even though it was a weekend. We will definitely be back.

Owner's reply: Hi Gina, Thanks for the great review. We look forward to having you back as our guests again! Best regards, Mark

“AWESOME VACATION EVER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!”

My Sister, her daughter and i stayed at the Bradenton Beach. Owned by Mark and Lily. May 8-15, 2012. The unit we stayed was very tastefully decorated, clean (you could eat off the floor) and the entire unit was thoughtfully supplied with items of important from the excellent tv w/ cable and dvd player to the stocked kitchen and the beautifully decorated bedroom and bath. The bath towels were the big fluffy kind and they even had rolls of toilet paper and other essential items to use in case you hadn't got to the store yet. The generosity continued with bikes and helmets, kayak, sand chairs, umbrella , washer and dryer, all free of charge to use. besides the unit you stayed in, each unit had a private screen in area to sit in and a large court yard with table, chairs and a gas grill. that area was also immaculate. We will come back someday and no question about where we will stay. Anyone wanting a relaxing, beautiful, immaculate and fun place to stay. you owe it to yourself to stay at the best. Call Mark and Lily today.. i know i will

Owner's reply: Thank you so much for your thoughtful and exceptional review. We do take great pride to achieve all that you mentioned. It is with heart felt gratitude and appreciation that you share such kind words of commendation! We look forward to seeing you again!
