Our home is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood - a throw back from the old days where trees are mature, houses are not crammed together, kids ride their bikes on the road and women jog alone.

We enjoyed this house, and it was the warmest December on record! Went to the beach 3 times and the ocean was warm enough to swim in this year! Look forward to more trips to Florida.

It was a true pleasure staying at Paul's Bradenton home. We didn't arrive until 2am and right away we noticed that Paul had left the lights on for us. Very sweet. We were welcomed into the cleanest home we have stayed in. Every year we get a vacation rental and this home surpassed every other. The 1 acre provided privacy we only had at our home in Dallas. The scenery was peaceful and the pool was enjoyed daily by our children. Everything was provided for. Even pool toys. The decor is impeccable and Paul's attentiveness and immediate response is unmatched. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

We have enjoyed visiting Paul's home for 2 consecutive years staying for three months. We have the intention of returning for several more years. The home is situated in a mature, forested neighborhood on a large lot with plenty of trees for birds and a small pond in the back. The back yard is fenced in for privacy around the pool and to keep small children in (away from the pond). The house is well maintained and has all the comforts of home. It offers easy access to beaches, golf, shopping, restaurants and I-75. We have become friends with Paul and enjoy the relationship he offers. We highly recommend this rental!!
