This condo is in the middle of Branson but very peaceful and quiet, containing two bedrooms at opposite ends of the floorplan, each with comfortable King beds. Lots of room, with 1220 square feet of heated and cooled space plus a balcony, with access from living area as well as master bedroom, gives it a “just like home” feel.

Freshly updated over the winter of 2018, it has new granite counter and vanity tops, a modern grey paint scheme, and updated cabinets. The new appliances, new HVAC system, and HDMI TV's will insure your vacation is hassle free. As it should be. The cable service has a selection of music stations to go with their usual channel lineup.

The thermostat is connected to the internet and you can let me know the temperature you want at your arrival time!

All TV's have streaming TV service with Netflix included, and the dual-band WIFI modem provides a strong WIFI signal for all your devices throughout the condo.

The Master bedroom has a private bathroom with jetted tub, separate dressing area, and walk-in closet. The Guest bedroom is immediately adjacent to another full bath (without jetted tub) and is on the opposite end of condo from Master.

The full-sized kitchen is fully equipped and stocked with consumables like teas, coffee, sweeteners, toothpicks, sandwich bags, foil etc. A Keurig is provided, along with a George Foreman smokeless grill and Crockpot. A BBQ grill is provided on the deck for those special steaks! A PakNPlay is provided but please bring linens for your infant. All other linens are provided – even beach towels. A full-size washer and dryer is in a separate utility room next to the kitchen, and comes with laundry detergent, fabric softener, static sheets, iron and ironing board.

The pool requires coded access, is good-sized, quiet and secluded, with large sunning areas about 50 yards from the front door of the condo.

The condo is within walking distance (+ or - 700 yards) of 4 very acceptable restaurants, 2 miniature golf courses, a craft mall, a boutique, Grand Village Shopping Plaza (containing unique shops), an upscale supermarket, and even a Wal-Mart. It is equal distance from either Silver Dollar City (west) or the Branson Landing (to the east) in terms of driving time. Google address: 2700 Green Mountain Drive, Branson, Missouri.

A Play Station II in guest bedroom comes with six games, selected for all ages. A selection of 22 DVD movies are available for those easy hours, including specially selected children's' features. Family board games are provided as well.

Veteran Owned. I reside locally and am only about 15 minutes from the condo.

You do not need to check in anywhere; just go directly to: "The Greens at Thousand Hills", 2700 Green Mountain Drive, Unit 202 (Building 2, Unit 2), Branson, Missouri 65616. The Greens is located on the south side of Green Mountain Drive (same side as the Thousand Hills Golf Course). Pull into the western most driveway (of 2) and the unit is located in the second building on the right. Your reserved parking space is numbered "2" and is immediately to the left of the entrance landing. There is plenty of guest parking on the opposite side of the parking lot from your space, about 30 feet away.

Interaction with guest

I live close to Silver Dollar City and about 15 minutes from the Condo. Since I market the condo as designed for your comfort, speedy resolution of any issues is essential!
