This is the perfect chateau for families and friends alike! The inspiration for Splendor was the perfect location - set on a gentle slope with magnificent mountain views day or night. Perfect for socializing, relaxing or watching the mountains, the large great room opens to the kitchen and dining. The upper level features the grand but no less rustic bedroom suites. Both suites are expansive, airy, ever lighted with Colorado sunshine. A lovely combination of Sun and Splendor. Discover it!
