Description of the Breckenridge vacation home rental
This is the closest single family home to the BreckConnect Gondola for access to the Breckenridge Ski Resort. The Gondola House truly exemplifies the saying "location, location, location", situated directly ½ block between the Gondola and Main Street. When sitting on the deck or relaxing in the hot tub enjoy the song of the neighboring Blue River while admiring the majestic views of the Ten Mile Mountain Range including Breckenridge's Peak 6, 7, 8, 9, and 10. You could even check the snow report from this spacious living room.

This historic Breckenridge destination was completely renovated in 2007 from the ground up. The quality craftsmanship is exemplified by elegant hardwood, stone accents, and modern furnishings. This is a truly unique ski lodge in the heart of Breckenridge, the ideal paring between true mountain geography and downtown convenience.

Walking distance to a variety of restaurants or cooking in our gourmet kitchen the dining options are as limitless as the views. The Sub Zero refrigerator and Wolf gas range appliances are hand picked for the inspired chef in your party. After hiking, fishing, shopping, biking, golfing, or any other mountain adventure find yourself at your own private bar on the lowest level of this mountain retreat. Après ski never looked so good while you enjoy sitting in leather bar stools at the bar equipped with beautiful granite and knotty Alder cabinets. Beyond is a large living room with two large couches, overstuffed armchairs, a 46" flat screen TV, and a cozy stone fireplace.

At the end of the day you can find yourself in one of the 5 bedrooms located on the main and lower levels. On the main level are two bedrooms and the extra bunk room; the King Master with glass tiled fireplace, canopy bed, steam shower, with views and sounds of the river; the Queen Master decorated to create a feeling of seclusion when combined with the rush of the river, includes private access to the flagstone patio and outdoor hot tub on the Blue River; the Bunk Room is furnished with a twin-over-full bunk bed and has access to an adjacent full bathroom with copper sink and luxurious tiling. On the lower level you'll find two additional bedrooms: the Mini Master with four poster Queen bed and detailed ¾ bath, and a 5th bedroom with views of the sky and mountains from the Queen bed. This bedroom also features an en-suite ¾ bathroom with Euro Glass shower.
