Starting April 25th, and running through November 15th, there will be a construction project happening in the outside common area of The Village resort this summer. The surface of the plaza and the substructure are being repaired and replaced.

The GREAT BRECK CONDO is offering "construction pricing" of $165 per night plus a $150 cleaning/linen fee and 11.675 percent sales tax. This is $100 OFF per night.

Keep in mind, our HOA is recommending that windows be kept closed during the day to minimize dust into units. So, if you're willing to tolerate some level of noise (GREAT BRECK CONDO is on the 4th floor) and outside mess from 8 am to possibly 7 pm Monday - Saturday, then the GREAT BRECK CONDO is a GREAT DEAL!

Enjoy your stay in our beautifully appointed Ski-In Ski-Out 2 bedroom, 2 bath Condo! Just 100 steps and you're at the base of Peak 9 on the Quick Silver lift and The Breckenridge Ski and Ride School. We've taken great pride in finishing and furnishing this condo. There's plenty of space to spread out and relax with two bedrooms, each with their own full bath, a fully equipped kitchen, living/dining room and a balony with a fabulous 270 degree view of Peak Nine and Mt. Baldy. The tastefully appointed rooms provide the feeling of being in a luxury mountain retreat. The condo was recently remodeled and has updated bathrooms, beds, carpets, modern appliances, quality cabinets and new furniture throughout.
