Ultimate in luxury with hardwood floors, granite counters, vessel sinks, gas fireplace, and floor to ceiling windows to take full advantage of the views. It is located directly across from Chairlift 2 & 3. You can walk across to the lifts, its direcly across the street, only about 300 yards.
Keyless entry to the unit with a simple code so that you do not have to keep track of your keys while on the mountain.
The condo is 2000 square feet with 2 private bedrooms, 2 and a half bathrooms, and huge loft.
Main Floor: There is a large gourmet kitchen with granite counters, stainless steel appliances, and everything you need to cook a huge meal or heat up a quick snack. There is a large kitchen table with additional seating at the island/ breakfast bar. The living room has a plasma TV / DVD Player / CD Stereo and a Queen Sofa Sleeper. There is a bedroom on the first level with a queen bed and access to the first floor balcony. Located next to the bedroom is a large bathroom with shower/tub and double sinks.
Upper Level: The second floor has a huge loft that has amazing views of the slopes and a pool table and a ping pong top that can be put on for hours of entertainment. A balcony is located off of the loft. It also has a Plasma TV/DVD and Queen Sofa Sleeper as well as a Full size Murphy Bed. Off the loft is a washer and dryer for your convenience and a half bath. French doors lead into the master bedroom which has a king size bed. The master has a large private bath with a corner jetted tub, double sinks, and shower.
The condo sleeps a total of 10: 2 (King Bed in the Master), 2 (Queen Bed in the Main floor Bedroom), 2 (Full Size Murphy bed- loft), 2 (Sofa Sleeper- Living Room), 2 (Sofa Sleeper- loft).

Top Of the Line!

This was the nicest place we have ever stayed in Brian Head! The condo looked new. It had hard-wood floors and all furnishings looked beautiful and were in great shape. The kitchen had everything we needed for our meals. We ate every meal there but one. Our kids loved the pool table located in the loft and watched the flat-screen TV while they played. We only had 5 guests but could have easily have slept twice that. In fact, we didn't even use the downstairs guest room. Having a garage to put the car in was really helpful. I loved how they had many, many blankets and pillows there for our use. We even used the washer and dryer for some of our clothes that got dirty. The bathrooms are exquisite! The master bedroom mattress is a little on the hard side so that might be something to consider if that would not be a good thing for your back. It did not feel like a rental condo at all...it felt like home. Everyone could not believe what beautiful accommodations we had for the weekend! I would highly recommend this place to anyone. We can't wait to go back!
