Nice town home in a relatively quiet, security-guarded neighborhood. Everything you need, including competent local management. A short walk to the beach, restaurants and bus stop. AC in only two of the bedrooms, but ceiling fans throughout.
Sure went down hill in the last year.

My husband and I rented this place for 2 months because we had rented it last year. We noticed this year that it had deteriorated. The ceiling fan in the master bedroom did not work right, the lights were burnt out. (we replaced the bulbs) the coffee pot was left with grounds and coffee in it which had started to mould, the cooking utensils had not been washed properly and they had started to mould. The fridge had left over food which I had to through out. I had to wash down the inside of the cupboards and drawers because of little tiny black bugs. The tap in the kitchen leaked so bad (it was that way last year and we reported it to the caretaker) we complained enough again this year and it was finally replaced. This place just needs some general upkeep. I generally don't complain about things like this, but my understanding was the the owners had just spent a month down there just before we arrived I would have thought that they would have noticed the burnt out lights and the switches that didn't work. Bucerias is a great place to visit and I would recommend the location to everyone, just not this unit .

Bucerias town house
June 21, 2011
I stayed here for a week in early April after arriving in Mexico in March and travelling up from Mexico City. Loved it. The house was bright, airy, on a nice development not too far from the beach and beachside bars and restaurants. The three rooms were all of a good size, and everything you could need at home was provided. Silvia and her husband were most helpful...recommended for a quiet, trouble free and enjoyable break in the sun! . . . and, it was surprisingly easy to book up from the UK, with a $US dollar draft from the local bank!

Great location & community

Wow! That's the feeling we had about this unit. A great location, great neighbours, and great weather what more could you ask for. The location of the unit is just a short walk to both the beach & business of Bucerias. The people we met in the complex and elsewhere made our vacation something to remember. If you are looking for a place to call home on your vacation this is the place. Yes we have already booked 2 months next year.

Exceeded our Expectations
February 4, 2011
There is a sign on the front of this condo that says (in Spanish) "Welcome, My Home is Your Home". My wife and I certainly felt that way during the month of January. We rented this unit 'sight unseen' but it exceeded our expectations. We were located in a safe, clean, friendly environment with luxurious gardens about a seven-minute (500 meters) walk from the beach. The public buses are within a five-minute's walk; taxis are quickly available. This home is amazingly cool inside on a hot day and most days were gloriously hot. We will seriously consider renting it again in the future. One note of caution: one must use utmost care crossing the major highway to get to the beach. The traffic drives by at high speed. Don't jaywalk and wait for a red light to cross. Enjoy!
Nice new condo, great location

Three of us stayed at this new condo in Bucerias. It was in a really nice complex with a great pool area. 5 min walk to the beach and maybe 10 min to downown bucerias. Condo was clean and had everything in it you could need. Bucerias is a fantastic little town, much more tranquilo than the hustle and bustle of Puerto Vallarta but not so far away that it is just a quick bus ride into the city.

Five of us (2 couples + 1) stayed a week in this townhome and loved it. The landlord was fantastic and the local caretaker was an absolute sweetheart. Bucerias is an adorable town and the house is a short walk from the beach. We can't wait to go back.
