This all ground floor barn conversion is one of two holiday homes set in the grounds of the owner's home near Builth Wells and sleeps six people in three bedrooms.Wye Cottage is an all ground floor barn conversion, one of two holiday homes set on the grounds of the owner's home, 1.5 miles from Builth Wells. The cottage sleeps six people in three bedrooms which are a double and a twin room, both with an en-suite wet room, and a second twin room. There is also a third wet room and an open plan living area with a kitchen, dining area and a sitting area with a woodburning stove. Outside there are steps down to a patio and lawned garden with furniture, a barbecue and a hot tub. There is also off road parking for two cars. Wye Cottage is a fantastic choice with a variety of activities available in the area.

Amenities: Oil central heating with woodburning stove. Electric oven and hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, dishwasher. Washing machine and tumble dryer in shared external laundry room. TV with Freeview, DVD, WiFi, selection of books, games and DVDs. Fuel, power and starter pack for stove inc. in rent. Bed linen and towels inc. in rent. Cot and highchair on request. Off road parking for 2 cars. Lawned garden with patio, furniture, BBQ and hot tub. One well-behaved pet welcome. Sorry, no smoking. Shop and pub 1.5 miles. Note: There are 6 steps down to the patio and BBQ area, 3 steps to the hot tub and 3 steps to the lawned area. There is a level access to the patio via a side entrance.

Town: The market town of Builth Wells is located in beautiful, unspoilt countryside and makes an interesting base for a Mid-Wales break. Home to interesting craft stores and many collectors’ fairs, this is also the ideal location for walking, pony trekking and mountain biking. The town offers a challenging 18 hole golf course, a sports centre, and the Wyeside Arts Centre, which includes a cinema as well as many live shows. Across the River Wye lies the Royal Welsh Showground, home to the famous Royal Welsh Show.
