Buzios, the "St. Tropez of Rio de Janeiro," was selected one of the "Top 25 vacation destinations in South America 2008" -Trip Advisor
and one of the "1000 Places to See Before You Die". Spectacular water views, secluded guesthouse surrounded by banana trees and coconut palms, spacious suites w/ private bathrooms and air conditioning, Complimentary sumptuous breakfasts served daily. Close to 23 beaches, international restaurants, shopping and nightlife. On location swimming pool, barbeque. sauna, mini-gym, tv room with dvd player and cable, high speed wireless internet connection, parking, hammocks and fireplace. Buzios has its own Gay Pride Parade! If that's not enough, English is spoken all over Buzios! Each of the three suites has an ocean view and an updated, private bathroom. There are two additional rooms that share a bath. All bedrooms are air conditioned. The house is very open. French doors in the livingroom lead you to a vast outdoor space, both covered and open, where you can eat breakfast, swim and sunbathe, grab a hammock nap, enjoy a caipirinha while watching the sunset, or just relax as you take in the breath-taking ocean views.

Armação dos Búzios, often referred to as just Búzios, is a resort town and a municipality located in the state of Rio de Janeiro in Brazil. Its population was 24,500 and its area is 69 km²

Once the preserve of pirates and slave traders, the peninsula of Buzios, 105 miles northeast of Rio de Janeiro, is today the haunt of the rich and famous of the world who flock to the city to enjoy the 24 or so beaches in the vicinity. The peninsula was popularized by legendary movie star Brigitte Bardot in the 1960s, and her statue still graces the main street of Buzios, the Rua das Pedras. The peninsula is a sophisticated beach resort with a very active night life and fine restaurants. The west coast beaches offer calm, clear waters while the east coast ones, facing the open sea, are a little wilder and draw the surfers and water sports enthusiasts. Among the most popular beaches are Azeda Beach, Joao Fernandinho Beach with several bars and known for its seafood, Ferradura Beach, and Geriba beach, popular for surfing. Manguinhos beach is known for windsurfing. The enchanting Rua das Pedras winds through the town center and features shopping, restaurants, bars and extensive nightlife.
