Description of the Calabogie vacation cottage rental
The Lodge is one of Canonto Lodge's most popular upscale private waterfront cottages. It can accommodate up to 15 persons in its 7 plus 1 bedrooms and is frequently rented by extended families, larger fishing parties or for small conferences or seminars. Three bedrooms each have a queen size bed and four bedrooms have two single beds in each. There is a large kitchen and dining area. The Lodge comes fully equipped with all the necessary cooking utensils, implements, and appliances, including two full-size fridges, a 6-burner gas stove, a full-size freezer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster oven, and two coffee makers, as well as the usual pots, pans, dishes and bake-ware. There is a wood-burning fireplace in the great room and an electric fireplace in the dining room in this lovely upscale home. A communal fire pit is located on the front lawn near the lake. Wood for the fire place and fire pit is provided.

Baths are located on each floor and on the main floor a separate room with a Jacuzzi is available for your added enjoyment. A television (Bell Express-Vu), DVD player and VCR are provided. A washer and dryer are located on the main floor in the laundry room. Guests supply their own personal towels and facecloths, all other kitchen towels and bed linens are supplied. Starter amounts of toilet paper and paper towels are supplied. Two propane BBQs and two picnic tables are located on the deck. The Lodge is both heated and air-conditioned for your comfort. Wireless internet is provided in the Lodge so bring your laptops and PDAs to keep in touch. Cellphone reception is available at Canonto Lodge.

Norcan Lake fishing is renowned as one of the best bass lakes in southern Ontario, so be sure to bring your fishing gear. Canonto Lodge is a resort of private upscale waterfront vacation cottages located on the northwest side of Norcan Lake in southern Ontario. Beautifully situated on acres of land overlooking the lake and with hundreds of feet of waterfront, ample dock space and a safe and sandy beach for the children, Canonto Lodge is truly a vacationer�s paradise. A boat launch is just down the road.

Norcan Lake, located in southern Ontario, is just 60 miles west of Ottawa in the Calabogie area, and about a 4 � hour drive from Toronto. Norcan Lake fishing is excellent, mainly bass, walleye and pike.

There are three waterfront vacation cottages available for rent on the Canonto Lodge property. Each of the private waterfront vacation cottages is separate and apart and all have beautiful views of the Norcan Lake and the surrounding Madawaska Highlands. You will find each of the waterfront vacation cottages to be unique, comfortable and clean.
